Excellent Customer Service from Phoenix
My brother and I went into store to find some walking shoes for our upcoming holiday. Phoenix was incredibly helpful, giving us shoe suggestions, advice on how to wear them correctly, maintenance and even analysing my gait. Whilst we didn’t find anything for our specific needs, we left feeling really impressed by Phoneix’s knowledge, professionalism and patience. As per previous reviews, she really is a credit to Go Outdoors and to herself and will go very far in whatever she does in the future. Thanks Phoenix and team.

Was assisted by phoenix today at the Coventry branch.
Very professional and went way and above what my expectation was.
She helped me to pick the correct walking boots for my hiking.
I suffer with plantar fasciitis so have to be careful when purchasing footwear.
She explained the differences between high arch support and also thicker soles.
Explained how to clean and maintain the new boots.
Honestly perfect in every way. A real credit to the store and also the go outdoors family

Purchased a roof tent
Purchased a roof tent , wich unfortunatly would not fit in the van to take home, ed the worker not only bought it out , unpackaged it and helped fit so we could take it away , so helpful polite and friendly , we would of been stuck without him ,10 out of 10 customer service :)

Was told parcels not available at Coventry, despite Shop app telling me otherwise.
Assistant serving was very confused, called another assistant who eventually resolved the issue.

Parcel Return
Went to the Coventry store today as I had a UPS parcel to return. Had no label as the UPS website is hopeless, and 2 other official 'drop-off' points couldn't help. Thankfully, Callum and Emma knew what to do, took control of the situation, and my parcel is now on its way to the destination.

Me and my son came into the store for the first time and we asked Isaac who was working that day for some advice and help regarding some fishing products
First off he was so polite professional and very knowledgeable

Better communication from Customer Service please
Two items were ordered online on Sat 2 May. Order confirmed. 30 minutes drive to the store. Learnt that only one item was in the store. The second item was at a store in York. It is now 19.2.26 and it is unknown if the second item has arrived at the store selected for collection. Hence the 3 stars as I do not feel confident that the outstanding item paid for is in the Coventry store.
