I would rate it as 0 if I could. I ordered a hat on April 1, 2025. I still have not received it. They promised it would come - it never did. When I attempted to get a refund through PayPal they rejected it. It is now Dec 18, 2025.
This in my opinion is a SCAM SITE!

I placed and order. They were happy to take my money and not supply the goods. The order was placed on the 13th June and I keep emailing them but get no response. I believe this site to be a scam.

Scam alert!

Placed original order in April and did not receive hat. No response to inquiry emails but continued to receive promotional emails finally at the end of April was told "We recently encountered an unexpected issue with the quality of the hats in our latest shipment...As a result, we had to recall the entire batch, which unfortunately means we're temporarily out of stock...We're expecting a new shipment of our top-quality hats within 7-14 days. As soon as they arrive, we'll prioritize your order and get it shipped out to you immediately."
Well, that was 2 months ago, and I have no hat.
This is not a trustworthy/reputable company.

I ordered a “free” sunhat from this company with paid shipping back in March. I never received it and they have no order # that matches my order that was sent to me from their company. Scam alert!! Do not waste your money.

Ordered 2 "free" sun hats in April 2025 and paid 30$ for shipping. They were never shipped. The company answered my complaint email a month ago saying it will be shipped in 7-14 days, which was a lie. This shop is either a scam or they are having big internal problems. Either way, I do not recommend buying there.

These guys are complete dicks! They had my money for months and never shipped. They never responded to CS emails. When I contested the charge, only then, did they ship (I still don't have it) and send tracking to my card company saying shipped weeks ago so they reversed it. Who the heck knows if it was really even shipped.

I order a hat on April 21, 2025 and here it is May18th and I have not received my order I contact them through email and have not gotten a response. No ship date no nothing.

2 free hats, paid shipping AUD$33.87 totaled order, NEVER RECIEVED. Not refunded. Such a scam. Its been 2 months+

I ordered 2 hats on April 17 and still nothing has been sent to me. I am getting ready to file a fraud on the charges at my bank.

Ordered a 'free' hat with an expensive postage rate and…nothing but silence.
I’ve emailed the given address and have heard nothing.

Been months and months, no hats. They are emailing back but just excuses. Hopefully get my money back. Very scammy

I ordered a hat over a month ago. Have not received it. Emailed customer service and was told on backorder. Emailed a second time after a couple weeks and they said they would investigate. have now waited 5 days with no further response . I emailed again to ask for a refund. Let’s see if I get it. So far seems like a scam company.

Ordered in the start of January 2025. Had not received the hats by the start of March 2025. Once contacted they were immediately sent out received at start of April 2025. In regards to the hats, quality good. Don't buy the "mystery bag" as you are going to be duped. $17.95 prior to exchange rate
and you get a pair of socks and a hair scrunchy that you could buy for $2 at a reject shop. Caution..Buyer Beware.

Why are they free? I don't know.... But their hats are some of my favourate! I have 3 colors and share them with my hiking buddy because she's always forgetting hers 10 out of 10 hat

I ordered a free sun hat from this company. I was very satisfied with the quality and quick shipping. Even though there was a shipping cost it was still worth the cost. Absolutely love the hat in fact I ordered a second one a few days later. I live near a lake with a beach and it is perfect to keep my face and shoulders from burning. Very Highly Recommended if you love to be out in the sun and need protection. A satisfied customer and will be ordering again !

Really impressed, it was one of those companies offering an offer I thought was too good to be true (free hats, just pay postage) so ordered one for me and 2 kids. All 3 free, not just one!They arrived today and I am SO impressed! What great hats! I feel super confident the kids faces and particularly ears are going to be better protected than ever before, which is worth it 100%For once, an offer actually paid off, these are going to be a firm favourite in summer.

I love my new sun hat from GoodYouCo! The hole in the back for a ponytail is a genius addition, and the hat fits perfectly! The chin strap is a welcome bonus when cruising with my hubby in his convertible. Prompt shipment, reasonably priced, and a really cute hat

Love my sunhat from GoodYouCo. Delivery was quicker than expected. The hat has a good shape, very comfortable and I love it has a ponytail hole. I use it when floating in our pool; of course it gets wet but dries very quickly and back to its original shape. Would definitely recommend. I just went back and ordered my husband the men’s hat and ordered another sunhat for myself!

Hooray, my order finally came! After being worried that I was being scammed I spoke to my VISA carrier and was advised to wait a few more days. Good thing I did because everything arrived and was exactly as advertised on the Instagram site. It would be really nice to know you are actually ordering from the UK then you would understand why delivery is taking longer then you feel it should. I got three adult hats and one child's and they are all perfect. They dry extremely fast and I love that they are adjustable for ponytail.
