Contacted the company several times to return glasses. One response to say they were reveiwing the return despite their claims on the web about return policy. Never heard back. Had tried at first to get glasses locally but each retailer said they had no idea when they’d get them in. I’d stay away from this company as a shopper and retailer…trouble at the company despite the cute names for glasses and fantastical creative messaging. Too bad they don’tput as much effort into customer service or fixing their operational issues!

I have never had a more frustrating experience. I emailed this company at least 4 times, I even DM'ed goodr on Instagram. I have never received any other correspondence. Consequently my 30 day return window has long passed. I actually have no idea how to reach anyone and am now stuck paying for sunglasses I do not want. 

I requested a return 2 weeks ago and still have not received approval. No telephone number to contact. Terrible customer service. Contact your credit card company and explain the situation within 30days of purchase and maybe they'll refund you.

I've owned 3 pairs of Goodr sunglasses now but I never had to use the customer service until how. Although they might be fun to wear and very affordable, their customer service is absolutely horrible when it comes to returns. I ordered two pairs by mistake and I requested a return. It's been 3 weeks now, and 4 follow ups on my request, because they need to accept the return (even if you're paying for shipping) in order to initiate it.
I might loose $40 over a second set of sunglasses I'll never be able to resell or return, but the loss will be theirs, because it's the last time I purchase anything from them.

Not good customer service ignored my emails. I forgot my $5 discount first time customer coupon and I send them 4 emails they just ignored them an auto responder said they are too busy to attend to me.

Horrible! Fly by night operation with a garbage product and literally the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

They tout their amazing 1-year warranty, but their warranty application doesn't work on their webpage (seems to be purposeful) and they have ZERO way of being contacted. Now I am left with glasses that had their outer lens layer flake off in a short few months to the point where they are unusable and no way of having them replaced. Garbage product, zero customer service, and lies upon lies on their warranty commitments. DO NOT BUY

Zero communication and impossible to fix order mistakes"I noticed a mistake on my order immediately after submitting it and looked for a way to contact the company. They offer no immediate customer service support or live contact options. I sent an email right away—which was the only option available—but received no response. Four days later, my order shipped out with the mistake still uncorrected, and my email remains completely ignored. Incredibly frustrating customer service experience.

Pretty disappointing experience with Goodr.
I placed an order using an ExpertVoice discount and realized immediately after checkout that I forgot to include one item. I reached out right away—within minutes—just asking if they could either add it or provide a comparable code so I could place a second order.
It took 10 days to get a response, and when they finally replied it was a generic “no changes, no code” with zero explanation or attempt to help.
Honestly, terrible customer service.
On top of that, the product itself didn’t live up to the hype—the quality felt cheap for what’s being advertised.
Between the slow response, terrible customer service, and poor product quality, I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and what I got was an empty box. There is no phone number to call and emails are not answered in a timely fashion. I still have not been contacted. Obviously they're too important to be bothered with phone calls.

Review:
I interviewed with GoodR for a VP-level position and was very disappointed with the entire process. It was unprofessional, draining, and degrading — being asked to complete a childish “lemonade stand” case study for an executive role was absurd and a complete waste of time.

The office environment was strange, with no private offices — just an open warehouse-style setup that didn’t feel like a serious or professional workplace. The surrounding area was also unpleasant and felt unsafe, definitely not a location that reflects a company claiming to be forward-thinking or reputable.

Overall, this experience was purely for practice — I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a truly professional executive opportunity.

Garbage cheap product, best case will last you a month, start to flake off on the glass, they have technicalities in their warranty where they won’t honoir it and always have a loophole out. Just cheap Chinese garbage coming out of America

I bought a couple of sun glasses and wanted to return one. It has been impossible. Waiting for more than three days for a return slip. Impossible to reach anyone by phone or chat. Don’t trust their return policy. Seems like it is impossible to return their glasses. Very very disappointed. Terrible customer service. Once you purchase the sunnies looks like you are stuck with them regardless of what their website says about returns.

Impossible to do returns. No contact phone number, feel robbed. Quality is cheap, you’re better off buying at a drugstore or gas station.

Cannot be worn in salt air climates.
I've had a problem with their lenses before - but still liked the glasses and the cost. This time on a trip to a Caribbean island I made certain that I was not exposing them to any salt water - and yet in only a few days the lenses looked terrible. Other sunglasses worn during the same trip were fine.
Good for staying in Ontario - but I won't wear them down south again... and not sure I would buy them again.
