Liars and don't bother trying to make things right
I placed an order through their ebay store front. 5 days later they say item was mispriced, so they instead asked me to 'cancel' the order so that it doesn't look bad for them (and they get back their fees). Said for my trouble they would offer me 9% off... Wow, you are asking me to pay more than double what it was originally offered at. I responded to them that i still wanted the item and then was ignored. They just went ahead and cancelled my order and stated the reason that 'the buyer requested cancellation' - which was a lie to take away my ability to provide feedback on this transaction and violate ebay policy. Take business elsewhere.
Fraudulent Company Tactics
I purchased a set of irons from an ebay daily deal. The company messaged me 5 days later saying that they made a mistake and would like me to cancel the order and they will email me a coupon code to get the clubs for $599, which they said is a discount. The issue is that the clubs are listed on their website for $599, this in itself is deceptive. I replied to their message asking for a better resolution, even if it meant purchasing additional gear to help them offset some costs. Their response? Cancelling and refunding the order, stating that I was the one who requested the refund. This is NOT TRUE. I was not expecting them to violate ebays terms of use, and because of their fraudulent claim I now cannot leave feedback and they do not get a defect which hurts their seller status.

I purchased two Range finders from GolfEtail.com on April 8th. However, one of them had a problem after one week. On April 19th, I contacted GolfEtail.com and received a replacement for one unit while returning the faulty one. And after one week, another unit also had an issue, so I contacted GolfEtail.com by phone. They said they would send me a return label, but I didn't receive the return label. On May 12th, I called them again, but until today, May 21st, I haven't received any return label or email. Please refund $48.

Multiple return labels have been sent to xxxx. We have just emailed you another label today 6/9/2023 to get both of these units back. Once the units are returned a full refund will be issued.
This seller has never sent me return labels by mail or email.
I filed a claim with PayPal, but it seems like the seller is waiting for the case to be closed.

No one will answer you!
I placed an order online on May 22, 2023 for a brand new putter. I never received an email or text confirmation regarding it. However the money was taken out of my bank account. I have tried to call multiple times now. As a matter of fact, I have tried 8 times but the phone just keeps ringing and ringing. I have sent a request form to be contacted but I still have not been contacted. I just want to know the status of my order. Is that too much to ask?

I recently purchased a “pre owned” taylormade driver and it was basically brand new. Still had the original cover. The box was mangled but the club was fine so lucky me I guess.

Not really understanding all the negative reviews. But I suppose people just want to be heard. And also, people want free everything all of the time. So there is that. Sketchers golf shoes.
I know they run small so ordered half size larger, but still pinched toes on side. Call and ask for return, only to get form in email, saying they will either apply credit or refund less restocking charge. Also, what company makes you pay the cost of a return that does not fit.
By the time I am done, I could have paid the same elsewhere. Not a bargain and unless you want double freight and potential restocking charge go to a better more forthright company. If the company wants to pay for the return and give me full credit, I will gladly write such a good review. Will wait to hear from them.
Good customer service
My husband ordered me two clubs from golfretail for Valentines Day and they arrived broken in half. Both of them!! UPS was of no help but luckily I was able to return them for a full refund from talking to Ryan. Thank you

Makes returns difficult
Makes returns difficult. Wants $23.00 to return a pair of shoes that costs $79.00. I would avoid this company at all costs. Miserable.

As part of my order, the footwear I received had mismatched sizes. I contacted Golfetail, and they requested pictures. I sent the pictures. I also requested that they send pictures of the replacement pair so we can avoid this same mistake. I also requested upgraded shipping on the replacement pair. They would not comply with either request, and just gave me a refund--which was not the option I chose.
Companies make mistakes. If they can make it right, then fine. If they make requests that they can't follow themselves, that is just not a good-faith resolution. They wanted the easiest way out, even if wasn't the option chosen.
If they want to treat the customer this way, they should expect feedback and complaints.

Customer Service Nonexistent
Ordered 2 golf shirts, when received one was the wrong size. I posted on their customer service page, they told me the replacement was already in the mail. Never sent or received. Additional requests to have this corrected have been ignored. They used to be a good company to deal with, went down hill fast.
