Goldstar Trust is a great company to work with.
My husband and I have used Goldstar Trust to manage our IRA account for several years. We have found them very competent and always willing to explain things when we have a question. They have a great digital system where you can fill out forms online. This makes transactions very easy and quick.

Very Quick Funds Transfer In
Excellent help on the phone. My transfer of funds from my regular IRA with another company to my GoldStar precious metals IRA was competed in 2 days, which was outstanding. The phone wait to talk to someone was long; but the system does give you option to hold your position in the que and get a call back.

Unable to log in to the platform with 2023 email and password plus security questions are impossible to answer. I don't believe I was ever asked to set up security questions so how can you ask for them with questions without entered answers. The customer service of this company is very slow and difficult to get a hold of. I would find another company to work with.
