Goldman Sachs has one of the best customer services when it is time to deposit money but when it is time to make a withdrawal, then boom the excellency in the customer service went.i had serious issues making withdrawal requests until i gave up on them.I am glad i involved fraudcomplaint. link

I used my card to make a hotel…
I used my card to make a hotel reservation on the Hilton’s website, not sure what happened but got an email from a company called geta room.com and the total amount I was charged was almost doubled. I called the company to cancel and was told, they don’t offer cancellation and refunds. Called Hilton to confirm the reservation and was told there was no such reservation with my name and date. I called Goldman Sachs to report the issue and was told they will conduct an investigation but will give me a temporary credit until the investigation is completed. They only gave me a partial amount of $108.21 out of the $598.21 this unscrupulous company took from my account. I fought tooth and nail but that’s all they could give me. They came back after 6 weeks telling me, the transaction was not resolved in my favor. I told them I wasn’t taking that and took several screenshots of reviews for this company call getaroom.com and it looks like it was a pattern. To make a long story short, Goldman Sachs gave me a second partial refund of $108.21. Meanwhile, they took the first one back after I lost the verdict. The refunded me 2 additional $108.21 making it 3 partial refunds but took them all out again the same day. I was able to get my whole refund from geta room.com by disgracing them on all of the different review boards. I think, they are still in business because of unscrupulous banks like Goldman Sachs. Please be aware who you bank with.
