Applying for a policy was simple and acknowledging our minor (and largely historical) health issues was easy. When we had to extend the duration of the policy by a couple of days because of flight changes associated with the war in the Middle East it wasn't an issue for them. There wasn't even a premium increase for the extra couple of days coverage.

Getting the quote was easy because all the information was displayed to good effect.
I was able to quickly compare to other quotes and see the differences. Not necessarily cheaper, but more comprehensive cover for my needs.
