Do not online order! Shipping a mess!
Ordered bulk from company. Stuff ships in multiple different boxes. Several items came damaged. Wheybolic protein powder came with inner seal broken and powder spilling everywhere. Customer service gave refund but product was $70 and they only gave $45. And a separate shipment of protein bars came through USPS with both the main box AND USPS product box clearly opened. The protein bars were spilt all over box and there was some other random box in the package that had nothing to do this my product. A random flat empty box was crammed inside mine the main shipping box. And I don’t know why, or when this happened. Will just go to the store from now on.

Zero Star! Order not delivered!
Ordered online this morning at 7am. Paid for same day delivery for an extra charge. Was to be delivered by 10pm today. Received GNC email that order was on its way at 10am. Called at 3pm for update on delivery. GNC rep spoke to Shipt (WHO DON'T SHIP!) that order would be delivered between 7pm and 8pm. Recvd voicemail from Shipt at 7pm that order was cancelled. It's now 10pm and order not delivered. Total fraud! I would not have ordered from GNC or paid for same day delivery if I had known that they would not deliver on their PROMISE!
Parting Ways With GNC !
I was a long time Pro Member until recently, now I WILL NOT give them any more of my business. Because of local store closures I ordered two cans of 33 servings Whey Protein on line. When the order arrived, it was two cans of 25 servings. Short about 2 LBS of what I paid for. Customer Service Rep told me to take it to a local store for a refund. I told him there were no stores within a100 mile radius anymore. He then told me I would have to pay shipping out of my own pocket to send it back! Nearly a week later after 5 phone calls and demanding to talk to a supervisor, they finally emailed me a return label. Not even an apology for shorting me about $60 worth of product. Oh but the DID offer me 150 free points, the equivalent of a $10 coupon!! Stay tuned, I’m just now shipping the Protein back for a total refund. After this ordeal, I refuse to do business with this company anymore. As a brick and mortar store, they were fine, but as an online company they are HORRIBLE! I have only this to say…. It takes years to gain a loyal customer, but minutes to lose one! And in losing me, they’ve lost my family, friends, fellow athletes, and everyone else I share this ordeal with! Way to go GNC! Would NOT recommend doing business with them.

Absolutely horrendous experience and massive waste of time. I tried to cancel an auto-ship but they shipped it anyways and said just return to store. My local store had been closed down so I had to drive 40 miles. Then I was told by the manager he couldn't do the return right then because he needed to get through to corporate. I left all my products with him but luckily had him sign the packing slip. Anyways, later he called me and said I needed to cancel through Paypal. I explained everything to Paypal but GNC disputed the refund! Paypal closed my dispute. No way! Of course I reopened it and will go to court on principal if nothing else. Two weeks after returning my stuff to the store I still have not received my refund. Buy at your own risk! This place has their return details in small writing at the bottom....they make it as hard as possible to return items so they can keep your money. Desperate tactics.

This is now the second time I went and say a preworkout on sale for a lower price during there buy 1 get 1 free website deal only for them to cancel my order days later with no information until I was expecting the order already. And the I go back to see the item still listed as in stock but now 10 dollars more in price, looks they catch their error and cancel the order. I would avoid do business with them goings-on forward. Oh and their customer service is horrible considering that they are in India and have to follow a cookies cutter script that is very annoying

I had very bad experience with gnc . I ordered GNC multivitamins dietary supplement. It has 120 tablets which is 60 days supply. The order got to me on 05/31/2023 and I ordered 4 bottles of same products because I want to send it out of country. When I checked the expiration dates on the bottles I got to see that all 4 bottles of 120 tablets will be expired in 07/2023. Therefore the medication will expire before I even finish one bottle. I was very disappointed on GNC . Please always check the expiration dates of gnc medications.

I’ve been buying my products from GNC for a couple years now, but I have always have such a great experience with their store manager, AJ her and her staff are super friendly and experience with all the products and have great knowledge it’s always such a pleasant positive place to go to and it’s nice to get some good and honest feedback I really appreciate how personable AJ and her staff are i 100% recommend buying your supplements from the store specifically

The cancellation policies/customer support are terrible. There is no way to cancel an order from the website, forcing you to contact them during their limited hours. The confirmation emails only arrive when the order is shipped, which means you can’t even contact support about the order until it ships. When it ships, they say there is nothing they can do. Beware and please do not buy from this place. There is a reason they almost went out of business.

Suspicious treatment .
I recently went onto GNC's website to buy dietary supplements. I then got a confirmation email saying that I would soon get my order number, tracking number, and other information:
"We are currently processing your order and are excited to be a part of your journey to Live Well. You will be receiving a confirmation email from GNC shortly with more information like your order number, shipping information, billing summary and more."
Days passed without anything. So I contacted GNC and a
representative told me that my order was canceled, because it was placed from Spain. This is a lie. I placed the order from the United States. And why did I not get any cancelation notices? The representative tried to place a new order but told me that my address was invalid, without giving me a reason. I told this representative to enter my address without any apartment number, but my address was still invalid. I told the representative to abbreviate my address, but my address was still invalid. The representative could not place an order for me and told me that there would be an investigation, and that I would get a response soon. I then tried to place orders by myself, but I got error messages with no explanations. I waited for the promised responses for a long time, but did not get any, so I contacted customer service again. This representative did not do anything useful for me, but instead, asked me many questions, put me on hold many times, did not tell me why I could not place any orders and why my address was always considered invalid, and told me that there would be an investigation, and that I would get a response soon. I waited for a long time, but I did not receive any responses.

Do not use this company, they only care about making money.
I accidentally ordered an incorrect item, but even though I contacted the customer helpline immediately, they were not able cancel.
Returns are at the customer’s expense, so cost me almost as much as the actual product to return the item.
I am still to receive a refund, but won’t be surprised if there is some other reason why they decline the refund.

If i could give them 0 i would. I recently tried to purchase the Prime Energy drink and i was waiting 3 days for tracking information until i recently contacted them (today) with the reply of they couldn't deliver it as there was a maximum amount of products you can order (not stated on the site).
