Been with this company for about 5yrs now, they are perfect in every way, I send money to my grandchildren 3 or 4 times a year, much cheaper than my bank , what's not to like.

Turned to GWP after a relative…
Turned to GWP after a relative requested payment to a small island account which uses a British intermediary bank.
My own British bank N**W****, decide to make it harder than it should have been to facilitate a simple transfer of funds, refusing to accept the commonly used MIDLGB22 (former Midland Bank) SWIFT code as valid. Very poor!
GlobalWebPay made it a smooth, simple transaction (including ID verification) and my relative received funds in *less* than the advertised three business days.
I will most certainly turn to these guys rather using my own bank for future, international transfers.
I am also going to change banks.
N**W***. Try treating your customers as humans and stop redirecting them to "automated", so called AI services when all they want is ACTUAL SUPPORT.

Great!
Using Global Web Pay is quick easy and the fees are extremely reasonable. I've sent in excess of 276 payments over 3 years. Just wish I would get a Voucher at some stage.

Secure fast transfer
Once you have setup your account and listed information for your beneficiary, it is easy to determine the amount you wish to send or the amount you would like your beneficiary to receive in their currency.
Exchange rates seem good and nominal charge applies.
Once your payment for the transaction is received by Global Webpay, transfer can occur very fast.
Definitely a very secure online service with good support should any problem be encountered.
