Recently, I ordered glasses and was in such a hurry that I put a positive instead of a negative in front of the numbers. when the glasses arrived, of course they were wrong. When I called up to re-order the glasses I was pleasantly surprised that they would replace them for free just asking me to donate the pair to the needy.

Although GlassesShop doesn't have the largest selection of small size frames they do offer prisms for the lenses which I must have in order to see well. I will order again in the future.

I had a really great experience purchasing prescription sunglasses on the website. I noticed when i got the confirmation email that it had reverted to my old address. I contacted them over email and they promptly responded and corrected it. I got my glasses in a timely manner snd they seem well made and i can see great with them. Just in time for vacation.

I am extremely happy with my two purchases! I have an exceptionally high nearsighted prescription and I have not had glasses in the past 15 years that were truly good. I ordered the Erin frame with my prescription. Vision with them is perfect. The look and the quality are incredible. I was so happy that about a month later I ordered a second pair with the same frame, but a different color. Both pairs were received in approximately a week. The price was incredible. I was able to use a coupon code both times. Any eyeglasses I have had in the past have been about triple the price that I paid here. I am a very happy customer and have referred several people to glassesshop.com.

Buyer beware! I thought I was getting a good deal, but a month after my glasses arrived, I received a surprise bill from UPS for delivery and customs brokerage fees that were never mentioned upfront. When I contacted GlassesShop.com
, they were completely unhelpful and told me it was my problem. To make matters worse, their return policy is a total trap. They will only give you a 50% refund, and you have to pay for the return shipping yourself. By the time you pay the surprise UPS bill and the return shipping, you've lost more money than the glasses are worth. Don't let the low prices fool you—the hidden costs are not worth it.

The selection and expedited service is great . Prices are amazing . I do get a headache after prolonged use , so that is why Iam giving 4 star and not 5 .

Love the glasses, delivery not so great this was the second time ordering that my order was sent to a different state. Took well over a month to receive my glasses. Other than that I’m satisfied.

I love my glasses, but unfortunately I had to buy the same frame 3 times because the screws came loose.

I liked trying on glasses virtually but the glasses I received were smaller than expected and not as dark as I expected. However, the price was right, the process was simple, and the prescription was right. I also didn't expect a glasses case or wipe, so that was nice!
