They made sure prescription was correct before making the lenses. Prices were great and when they come and I tried them on it was a perfect fit with the correct tint and very clear lenses.

GlassesShop has been my go to shop for glasses for several years. The cost is about a third of what the doctors office charges and they have always been very high quality and comfortable.

The process for ordering was fairly easy. I thought I was getting a midsized frame but the pictures are very deceiving. I don’t think I would order in the future without being able to try in the glasses beforehand.

My order arrived much more quickly than other online optical shops I've used, and glasses are just what I ordered and have the same measurements as described (whereas another shop didn't! Too small! Couldn't return them!).

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses with two different style names, Lydia and Erin. When they arrived they were the exact same glasses. I am trying to return them and they are only offering 50% refund. I should be reimbursed 100% for 1 and 50% for the matching pair.
I thought I was receiving 2 different styles to try on.

I ordered the Hedy glasses with photochromic blue-blocker lenses. One thing I would like to put out there is that if you go with the brown color option when customizing the photochromic effect, it may not be dark enough. I still find myself squinting in the sunlight even while the effect is active. Otherwise, this is a great pair of glasses and I definitely picked the right ones. They're beautiful and I'm happy to have them.

I ordered my glasses on this site because of the good reviews. This company is terrible. I normally take bad reviews with a grain of salt. But I will back up the negative on this site.
I ordered my glasses at the beginning of May since I busted my good pair and my insurance didn't kick in for 90 days and I needed glasses. I finally get a notice via email from Glassshop stating my glasses would be delivered 5.20 (this is still to long in my books), no delivery. I waited until after the holiday, no delivery. I reached out to the company, was told to wait and check USPS for delivery status. USPS had no information other than they were in Indiana. I was in Michigan. This was on 5.20. It is now 5.29, I have reached out to customer service again. (I had insurance on my glasses), I am told I need to file a claim with USPS. I have sent them the notice from USPS showing no information. I should not have to wait if I have insurance on my glasses. Now I have to wait another 7 days for USPS since they state they were delivered, No I have not gotten my glasses. LET IT BE SAID, I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, IF I PAY EXTRA FOR INSURANCE AND THEY WANT YOU TO DO ALL THIS CRAP TO CLAIM IT

Frames are great, prices are great, can't say enough good things. They even reached out to me as I made a mistake on the pupillary distance and we got it fixed. The glasses arrived and the prescription is perfect.

I bought my second pair and received them in the mail. Tried them on and I didn’t like the look. I spoke with them through chat and they said I could pick another pair just pay for shipping. It was 5.00 and change. For shipping. They told me to keep the other pair. Great company to work with!

I found the virtual Try On fairly easy to use and was able to get two pairs of glasses, progressive with transition lenses for less than a single bifocal non transition pair purchased locally. I ended up not liking one of the frames and they made it simple to get a replacement.

I absolutely love my new glasses the prescription is perfect and way cheaper than at my eye doctors office!

Hell no !! I order a 25 dollar pair of glasses and guess how much they charge me with shipping? 65 dollars !!!!!! That is stealing and I’m just warning everyone here !!!
