Hi Nanu, We've investigated this matter, this was delayed due to Royal Mail as per tracking from Royal Mail indicates. This was delivered to your uni accommodation hub which would then require you to collect it from their reception. We have also issued you a refund for this order.

Svar fra Glam Touch UK
Dear Customer,
We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our services at this time.
We have contacted you to notify about the shipping delay due to Royal Mail's cyber attack, this was out of our control unfortunately and we didn't receive a response from you. The cyber attacked all international orders.
Regarding the additional charge, we also don't have control about this, it should be with the customs in your country or the courier service.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and we will take your feedback on board to improve our services.
Kind Regards,
Glam Touch Team
