The customer service is excellent. I recently ordered hair extensions for my wedding & one of the clips had a minor issue. They were able to quickly replace it by sending me a new one. I love a company that can back up what they say, along with being genuine. The hair is beautiful & it makes me feel amazing wearing them. I highly recommend trying them out.
