Be aware of cost of postage!! purchasing and returning as it cost me £100. The dress was 311.00 it cost £30 to receive it and £20 plus of tax 😢 never fitted so I went to return it and they only refund £271 instead of £311. Then when I seen address to print I had to send it to Australia even thought I thought it was london!! Postage was £38. Then there’s a Claus stating if they don’t receive it in 14 days you don’t get refunded . Never again…

I am so incredibly disappointed with the membership service. It feels like a side hussle with no real effort behind the scenes and very amateur. The android app doesn't exist although advertised, the FAQs are only relevant to one-time rentals, and customer service is extremely slow to respond, always saying that my emails have gone to spam. I returned my first membership order last Tuesday, with receipt that it was delivered on Wednesday (1 week ago), and my account still hasn't been updated. They happily deducted the money from my account though while I'm in this rather painful lag paying for a rental whilst having no clothes, and again waiting for customer service to respond. I hope some immediate improvements can be made because I love the idea, but the execution from Glamcorner has been a terrible experience so far and I'll be cancelling if I can ever get in touch with someone.

Loved this dress and I received many many compliments. Wore to a wedding. Dress is true to size but is quite long.

Brilliant - great selection, smooth efficient ordering and returns. Dresses arrived as described. The back up dress option for a nominal extra is a winner!

Extremely disappointed with my experience. After receiving my first box, I contacted customer service because I was unhappy with the items provided. While replacement items were initially offered, I ultimately decided to cancel my membership.

I clearly confirmed in writing that I wanted my membership cancelled and specifically requested confirmation that no further billing would occur after returning the items. My cancellation request was acknowledged, however after reiterating that I wished to proceed with cancellation, I received no further response.

Despite this, another payment was processed from my credit card. I followed up again requesting urgent clarification regarding the charge and cancellation status and, again, received no response.

I have now had to chase this multiple times simply to find out whether my membership has actually been cancelled. Being ignored after explicitly requesting cancellation and then continuing to be charged is incredibly frustrating.

I am still waiting for either written confirmation that my membership has been cancelled, a clarification on why my cancellation request was not actioned. I am even waiting for some confirmation that no further charges will occur and advice regarding reimbursement for the payment taken after my cancellation request

The lack of communication and customer service throughout this process has been extremely disappointing.

Dreadful customer service. I have a membership and returned my items a week before they were due. Australia Post unfortunately lost the return parcel. I am now stuck in limbo - Glam Corner have not responded to any of my emails (I first emailed them two weeks ago and have followed up a number of times - still no response) and I’ve been charged for another months’ membership which I can’t use (given I’m marked as overdue on returning the previous month). I have my proof of postage for the return from Australia Post, so this really isn’t acceptable business conduct. I don’t recommend using them, they clearly don’t value their customers and taking a month’s payment for services that cannot be used is likely unlawful. I will be reporting them to NSW Fair Trading.

Fantastic, easy service allowing me to wear a gorgeous dress to a family wedding. The best way to access beautiful designer dresses and feel fabulous without breaking the bank. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!

Argh! This business does NOT respond to contacts! Once my order was placed, they stopped answering any emails. Lovely prior to that, but once they had the money- they disappeared completely. I have been attempting to change my order after taking advantage of their try-on service. I started emailing 14 days ago and have had zero response to multiple emails asking to change my order. Their phone number only takes your name and number and never returns your call. Their website says to cancel or change an order you must contact them by email and yet they DO NOT respond. Today I got an email saying my order has just been sent out, unchanged, when the event is in 10 days!! Absolutely shocking service. Complete insanity.

Have used GC previously for my daughter's wedding. The dresses were perfect for the occasion. Easy process. Love that you just pop the dress back into the mailing envelope and send it back.
This time, used their "try on" at home option. Hassle free. Again simple process. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something a bit special to wear at a special occasion.

My first order with GC and I can't rate it better! I ordered a back up dress with my order too as I was unsure about sizing. A perfect dress for the occasion.

The service is great but the dress didn't match the picture. It was old. The silk had lost it's shine because it has been drycleaned that many times. It had darns and holes in it. Please retire this Ginger and Smart number to maintain your reputation and not disappoint others.

I’ve hired from Glam Corner a few times now, and have had a fantastic experience every time! There are hundreds of styles to choose from, and in a range of different sizes! I love that they offer a back up option for an additional $15. When you have an event on and you’re relying on an outfit that arrives the day before, it’s SO reassuring to have that back up option incase!! Plus the whole experience is so seamless, from the garments always arriving on time (they actually always arrive a day early for me!) to a very simple return process. Couldn’t recommend them more! 🤍

Glam Corner is honestly incredible. The website is so easy to navigate, the whole process is completely seamless, and their email replies are super quick and helpful. Everything has clearly been thought of to make the experience effortless — it’s so easy it’s actually fun! The quality of the garments is amazing and I already can’t wait for my next event so I can hire again. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a stress-free, beautiful experience.

As an event professional with a very active social calendar, I need outfits I can rely on, and their range consistently delivers. The service is seamless, the quality is excellent, and the sustainability piece actually matters to me. It keeps my wardrobe fresh without the clutter. I wouldn’t be without it.

I’ve been a GC member for 10+ years now! I even trialled their subscription service back in the early days… Whilst some little touches have had to change to with the times (we have gone from beautifully presented boxes with little gifts and new return parcels to recyclable bags with some tissue wrap that never stays on), the one thing that hasn’t wavered is their outstanding - and I mean OUTSTANDING many companies could learn from it - customer service. Whether on the phone or email, because I missed an item, ordered the wrong size or left something in a pocket, the help is always there in a friendly, timely manner. I hate shopping but I love GC! Thanks team, seriously well done. Keep it up!

Great experience with GlamCorner. The website is easy to use, the posting was on time, and the whole process was seamless. My dress was beautiful, great quality, and fit perfectly according to the sizing instructions. Returning the item was quick and straightforward. Highly recommend.

Great options! Helps save the environment

Received my first box and the clothes were immpacable and even wrapped in tissue paper , how lux. 2 of the items were perfect the third just didn't suit me but the experience so far has been great. I had some questions about returning the items once done and the customer service agent responded to my enquiry quickly and answered all my questions. Well done Glamcorner so glad I signed up
