However one piece of advice for the team, please make your terms clearer when checking out, I picked a broken phone at checkout and the quoted price was lowered as the display was not working. Having spoken with a staff member I was advised it goes under screen burn-in/pixel faults but that is not clear when you are checking out!

Was very sceptical about using at first as never herd of them! But extremely glad I did. Sent parcel off mid week and by Monday the next week money was in my bank! Very fast and friendly people.
