Simply the best
When purchasing the property in Godwin Walk I was initially shown round by Ed who could not have been more welcoming. I cannot thank him enough for helping me with securing the property. I was then passed onto Claire who helped me with the sales progression and she was simply amazing keeping me fully updated all the way and making sure exchange and completion took place on the date I had asked for. Thank you so so much

If I could give zero I would and I'm only writing this review to get someone at Gilbert and Rose to deal with my issue. I wouldn't touch this company with the proverbial barge pole. Two years ago I decided to move house as my 25 year old son was suffering from mental health issues and had tried suicide twice. I talked to an agent from this company and explained the circumstances and that I needed to tread carefully with my son with regards to viewing etc as any disruption to his routine he found difficult. The agent was here for two hours ago I really thought he understood . Sadly my son did take his own life within a month and I contacted the agent explaining that I couldn't possibly move now. The last two years have been help. Fir the last six months I've had constant emails and calls from Gilbert and Rose the emails are all flowery saying let's chat prices have risen Yadda Yadda. I've had calls and each time I tell them I can't sell now or move. Last week I was in tears on the phone after the latest call and was promised I'd be taken off the list.. today another smarmy email with the usual rubbish. What do ineed to do to get them to leave me alone. In tears again tonight so taken to trustpilot maybe someone there with a modicum of sincerity at Gilbert and Rose might be checking their reviews and do something....

"No" Contract
They say they don't tie you into a contract, yet, when you want to walk away, they ignore your request and still arrange viewings.
Sales technique was to just keep lowering the property price. Didn't update listing as i asked, lowered the price without my permisson to a price i would not accept. Poor floor plan.
Lied to buyers about service charge reduction leading to loss of a sale.
Honestly, all the guys felt like 'Jack the lad', only decent person was Michelle.
