Good site so far, recieved a couple of bookings, mostly used for filming or small meetings. Looking forward to it growing.

Giggster is a great platform for renting our home to film/photo crews. The quality of renters we have found through this platform is very high and the system makes communication a breeze. Very happy with our experience thus far and look forward to continue using them.

I've gotten way more inquiries and bookings from Giggster in just a couple weeks than I have in over a month on Peerspace. It does take a pretty high percentage of the rental, but clearly it works in getting you visibility and bookings. I do wish there a video or something for hosts to learn up front some of the common issues and how to avoid them, but overall the setup and booking processes have been good.

Unbeatable Customer Support!

Unfortunately, my team made a mistake of booking a location without scouting it and, upon scouting, it was definitely not the space we thought we signed up for. The location smelled of mold and asbestos and the neighboring businesses were very loud, making it worrisome to worry about audio.

When thinking about cancelling the location, we were worried about not being able to get a full refund given the Giggster cancellation policy. Thankfully, the Giggster Support Chat was available and Anie came to rescue! Anie informed me how to proceed with cancelling the location and that I could possibly get a full refund after accomplishing a few steps and all was handled (with a full refund) in less than a couple of hours!

Thank you so much for having a great support team that works efficiently and communicates effectively! It's hard to find online support that doesn't make you jump loops to get to a real person, yet alone someone who can solve a problem quickly. Thank you Anie!!

Giggster is a great marketplace for hosting and locating spaces for media production. The platform is very easy to use and communicate with potential booking guests and hosts. Customer Service is extremely responsive and I have had great success in multiple bookings of my home recently as a host. If you have a unique space and are willing to share it to make some extra money, you should post your space on giggster or if you are looking for a space to complete your next project you should certainly check out the listings and book with confidence.

I have been using Giggster for a few years now. It has been great! Easy to find suitable locations, and book. The hosts have all been super, and response times are quick! Even for last minute bookings! My most recent booking was this past Saturday, March 21st, 2026. I highly recommend Giggster for photo shoot studios, and events!
