I worked with and around the team at Ghost Rocket Music on numerous occasions over the last two decades. The team is always highly dedicated and focused on their objectives. As someone who has worked extensively in the event, touring, artist management, marketing and A&R space, I believe any artist would be happy to have this team on their side.

As a music industry executive myself - I have first hand experience with companies that work with independent artists with integrity and more important KNOWLEDGE - To service the artist ! The music industry is a fickle and a very difficult industry! Many times its not the service provider - Its the expectations of the artist themselves that needs to be aligned! I have been called everything from the grim reeper to the dream squisher - Simply because i am brave and transparent enough to be honest! In March I received an email from ISC telling me about a new startup called Ghost Rocket. I assumed this gave them some sort of credibility. So I decided to try their shortest term, lowest priced tier, which was 3 months for $435, to see if they were legit. The agreement was for 1 song promotion on Spotify running from April - June, and they would also receive a $9 commission for every 10,000 streams reached, dangling their carrot of big time results. They also promised a dollar for dollar match, but in the end provided no proof or transparency for this. I should have initially aborted hiring them after seeing numerous grammatical errors in their email, but against my better judgement, I curiously pressed on.
In the first week, the song was placed on a gym workout playlist with a pro wrestling/heavy metal thumbnail which in no way matched the sound or sentiment of my heartfelt Indie track. Then they placed it on 1 or 2 more workout playlists that generated very few streams. Over the course of the next 3 months, the song was placed on what appeared to be dummy playlists generating no streams or interaction according to the statistics, and appeared on virtually no algorithmic playlists.
During this time I was playlisting the song concurrently and independently of their campaign, averaging 150-175 streams per week. According to the Spotify for Artists statistics which they also had access to thru the end of July, their efforts for the entire 3 month campaign generated around 7,300 streams.
In August, after nearly 2 months, I received an email stating that I owe them $9, even though they were more than 2,600 streams short of their 'milestone' in June. When I stopped playlisting the track a few weeks ago, it has been averaging 15-20 streams per week, making this so called 'milestone' a mathematical impossibility. And, they could not provide me with any statistical proof or data to back up their baseless claim when I requested it. So now, after a very unpleasant experience and well below average promotion, they're trying to extort $9 more for their scammy service and threatening me if I don't pay. Please go away. Far, far away.

I was very skeptical at the beginning, since there are so many scammers out there trying to reel you in with fake promises or bot playlists. The Ghost Rocket team is extremely professional and responsive. I've had great results with my first try-out with them. And love to continue working with them.

I manage an artist and her newer songs aren't performing the way we want even though we are actively doing social media marketing so I thought about adding some more marketing opportunities to get her song heard. We submitted a campaign and are already seeing results! I am pretty skeptical when it comes to companies like this but I used the credible artist.tools and double checked the playlists and all of them were on the clear! We will def be continue to work with them to get more visibility for my artist!

I've had a very positive experience working with Ghost Rocket Music/SkyRocket Records. Since joining as a Level 2 artist, the team has been responsive, supportive, and willing to answer questions about both the music industry and my releases.

What stands out most is that they treat me like an artist, not just a customer. The team regularly provides feedback, guidance, and opportunities to help me grow. They've also been transparent about their services, including promotion, content strategy, live performance opportunities, and sync licensing initiatives.

It's been a pleasure as an Independent Recording Artist to be working with these folks. Their communications are not only timely but informative and they give you the attention you deserve and the customer service is excellent. On the streaming side, their Marketing Plan has significantly increased my streams and visibility in an otherwise very crowded space. I'm using them again on my next Single.

As an artist, I always want to know what's going on with something I'm involved in and to stay up to date. Sometimes I can be an annoyance which would probably turn off other labels or management teams. But not ghost rocket, every question I have asked, they have answered. They are very professional and great communicators. The team is always available. And most importantly, they do what they say they are going to do. Very glad to be apart of the Ghost Rocket/skyrocket family!

It is a rather elaborate scam. The company contacted me and offered a rather expensive (495$ times six months) promotion of my song, promising a huge marketing campaign. What I really got was one playlist placement which did not match my song and produced about ten thousand streams a month, without saves, algorhithm triggering, repeat listeners or subscribers. It was supposed to be a "dollar-for-dollar" scheme, meaning that they value the work involved in placing me on one playlist at 2370$.
It is more dangerous than usual music promotion scams, because the CEO is an established figure and they send professional-looking videos, forms and contracts.
