Bonjour, je suis très déçue de ce site. J'ai pu payer une image sans avoir de compte, je n'ai pas pu la télécharger. Par contre, pour en demander le remboursement, il faut avoir un compte. J'ai écrit au service commercial car ils sont censés nous rembourser directement si on demande le remboursement rapidement sans avoir téléchargé l'image, c'est ce que j'ai fait et ils ne répondent pas. Par moments, il est même indiqué qu'on ne peut plus envoyer de mail car la boite à mails est pleine. C'est vraiment consternant pour un site qui a pignon sur rue.

Not impressed how Getty Images says posting images for Wood Buffalo National Park, AB but puts Rocky Mountain National Parks; Elk Island Provincial Park, AB pictures under the same heading as Wood Buffalo National Park. This is misleading, false information, and generates every level of mistrust and disrespect for your viewers! Shame on you!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I stumbled on this company looking for a very specific image of something for my husband. After realizing that in order to get a good quality image to use (he want it to frame and mount in his office) I realized that I would have to buy a license for the image . . . so off I go to Getty Images where I chat with one of their customer service people-- tell them EXACTLY what I want and (most importantly) WHY and the customer service rep. says they have it--tells me if I go ahead and create an account he will put it in my cart along with the appropriate license. SOUNDED FANTASTIC! EASY PEASY! I do it-- check to see that the image (it's a thumbnail) is what I was asking for it is -- so $325+ later, I have the image-- fast forward to a few weeks later and I am going to send the print to my local print shop to print on good quality paper and what do I notice, but this photo that I paid over $300.00 for is NOT a full image of what I asked for. BOTH the right side AND the bottom are cut off. Now keep in mind, this image is of actual photos of people so it's important! I send an inquiry in asking WHY and was given some BS about "editorial licensing" -- WHATEVER . . . what I do know is this: I paid OVER $300.00 FOR A VERY SPECIFIC IMAGE (AND TOLD THE GETTY REP. EXACTLY WHY I WANTED THE IMAGE AND WHAT I PLANNED TO DO WITH IT) --AND I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I ASKED FOR AND PAID FOR.

I cannot tell you how appalled and disappointed I am with this company! The image I received looked like a 10 year old took it AND at NO POINT was I advised that the photo did not contain the ENTIRE image! I feel like I was SCAMMED . . . and this was a very personal gift I want(ed) to give to my husband . . . . I'll hunt elsewhere for what I need but could not let this go without a review!

Misleading subscription system. They make it intentionally difficult to change subscription or cancel. Very cleverly done to avoid legal action, but this still should be illegal.

Total scam, I was offered 10 free pictures . After 1 month they started a subscription I didn’t even know about and charge me 67 euros each month! I have closed the automated payment on PayPal and also made a refund dispute. DO NOT START OR DO ANYTHING with this company. They will take your money!

After I talked to them they told me I did need to pay a fee to CANCLE . What a bunch of crap. What is that ridiculous fee? And why should we have to PAY to cancle a subscription. Ridiculous! They also told me that even if I pay my subscription will be ongoing until they decide to confirm the payment? Wtf

I signed up for a free trial of iStock (a subsidiary of Getty Images Holdings, Inc.) and was charged $70 before I realized the free trial was up.

I contacted iStock to cancel and request a refund, but they repeatedly refused and said that this fee is "nonrefundable" and that it is not their fault that I didn't read the fine print of their terms. Ask yourself, do you always read the terms and conditions when you sign up for a service?

After communicating back and forth with customer service representatives to no avail, I will be contacting my credit card company to report this as a fraudulent charge.

Clearly there is a reason why Getty Images' stock has been in steady decline since shortly after the company went public in 2022. Their policies, customer service, and Trustpilot rating ranks among scams.

It’s a scam what kind of a—hole makes someone pay for a picture that they took on a phone or who sues the person that donated the photos to them.

Someone posted a collage of pictures of Barron Trump and the comments they put in there were horrible calling him gay calling the guy who created the picture collection gay, saying Baron Trump is an a****** just like his dad, I could go on and on but when I tried to leave a comment toward Jerry Fritz the one who called Baron an a****** like his dad, all I did was comment to Jerry Fritz saying he was jealous and a hater he was jealous of his Dad's beautiful wife & that he was jealous of his Trump's intelligence, money, his success & his leadership but you wouldn't allow me to put it you shut me down. !!!!! unbelievable apparently whoever said my comment wasn't appropriate and shut my comment down, is a trump hater too !!! you would shut me down but allow that other garbage comments to be posted !!!

Their AI Generate / Moderate is a complete scam. After paying $50 to modify one image with a simple replace this for that in a photo, it added a white bubble at the first attempt, then a gray lines radiating out around the replacement, every attempt was unusable. I did a chat then a call with customer service asking for a refund, they could see the unusable images it produced, and I was neither given a refund or any assurance their software team would ever fix this. Not customer service at all, and taking our money.

I have put 1 star cause i can't put zero. Just like the other people here i had to sign up to get one of their "free photo" which included giving my credit card details and after a month was automatically charged $93.50 Aud without any reminder. I contacted them the exact minute i was charge but they have a no refund policy. Their whole company is based on offering fake free photos to get people into subscription they the. forget about or never needed in the first place. LEGAL SCAM. Be aware people.

Scam! When you cancel your subscription during the free trial, they don't process it and then they take money from you account

Ne commencez jamais d'abonnement sur ce site, ils vous arnaquent. Impossibilité d'arreter la version d'essai et ne vous remboursent pas si vous avez payé sans télécharger d'images. Pire ils vous suppriment l'abo et vous n'avez plus accès aux crédit que vous avez tout de meme payé.

I signed up for a free trial in December and then forgot about it. I never used the service after the first day because their image offerings were not unique enough for me to be able use as professional photos.

The company never sent me a reminder about renewal and the renewal was scheduled for the middle of the night. When I called about cancellation and refunded, within 4 hours of the credit card change, the said they don't offer refunds. So $70 gone wasted. Consumers be aware!
