Too small sent it back last week and have heard nothing

DO NOT order from get that trend. I have been a loyal customer to get that trend since 2019, always loved ordering from them and never ever had a problem. I ordered 2 black dresses one for myself and one for my sister. When I received my dress there was a tear under the zip of mine before trying it on. The dress was not suitable (too big and the material was crap for 50 euro). My sister was also sending back her dress so when doing out the return form I stated on the return it came faulty and that their was a tear under the zip. Awhile after I received a package and it was the dress I had returned!! There was a paper stating the returns team noticed a mark and couldn’t restock it for resale. This made me furious as I had stated the fault when received. Numerous emails were sent back and forth. Number 1 absolutely scandalous customer service did not get back to my first email so had to be emailed a second time. Then was asked for a copy for the returns form stating the fault and they did not provide this showing a picture of the dress pointing out a mark on top. We checked the dress and it was clean and no mark. Sent an email 2 weeks ago and got no reply back. Absolutely disgraceful. They are scammers and going through reviews are doing this quiet frequently now. If you have any sense DO NOT order from here. It wasn’t about the money in the finish for me but the respect and they couldn’t even get back to me on this issue.

Fabulous dress, very speedy delivery. I have received many compliments on the dress and questions on where it was purchased.

I came across this company while browsing and loved the styles on offer. I took a chance and ordered 2 pleated Raina dresses which were on sale at an incredible price. They arrived the next day and they are both FABULOUS. The fact that they are an Irish company based in Donegal is an added bonus . Highly recommended.

I love Get That Trend. I’ve been a customer for 8 years and always check their website when I want to add something new to my wardrobe. I’ve bought stuff for weddings as well as holidays and casual bits from them. I’ve never had any issues whatsoever in all my time purchasing from them. I’ve never been to their store but I hope to visit soon!

I was told about this company in December by a work colleague , and I havn't stopped buying since ! What's impressive is the speed of delivery, the quality of the dresses / clothes and the communication about delivery so you know when to expect your delivery. I love everything about this company and some day I'll travel to Donegal just to visit the shop. Love buying irish . The social media footprint is addictive and I always end up buying after watching. Your marketing team are definitely doing something right. Keep it's up .

I recently purchased the Rosabel waistcoat and a pair of Sienna sandals. Wore them last weekend and love them both. I love so many little pieces that they have in right now.

I have had real trouble trying to get a white dress for my hen this weekend. I have ordered from a number of websites and I also do a lot of online shopping and have never been refused a return. I ordered 4 dresses from Get that Trend and the lady then emailed me saying I couldn't be refunded for two of the dresses. She sent me pictures and I cannot see any stains. She said she can't refund me and only option is for me to pay for the delivery for it to be returned. I then went onto trust pilot and a lot of people had the same issue and a lot of people have lost money. She obviously does this a lot and it is very unfair as she just keeps the money or resells the dresses!

I’m a regular GTT customer and I love all their styles. They have lovely little bits and do next day delivery in Belfast. I’ve always found them affordable & helpful and will be buying again.

I cannot recommend this company enough! 😍 The fast delivery service is top class, the girls are a dream to deal with. Any issues, the girls will help. I have been a shopper from Get That Trend since the start and their clothes and service just goes above and beyond.

My first order off these absolute cowboys. Very disappointed! Similar experience to those mentioned. Ordered three items, all of really poor cheap quality for the price. A t-shirt in particular - literally see through for €30. They are refusing to give me a refund on this as there is the faintest of makeup marks on the inside - which to my very strong recall and a witness - I hadn’t got on when I tried it on; as I tried it on first thing in the morning when received. It’s definitely not tan as I don’t wear it. They sent me pictures of it too - and I had to take a few looks at it to actually see it. Word of warning: video yourself opening the package and current state of clothing before even trying on! Be warned everyone! You’d like to support Irish but not these guys. Avoid!
