Somehow these scum got my email address, and I can't unsubscribe. They are almost certainly scammers and criminals. If they weren't, their website would have some way for people to contact them over these issues. I hate them.
Update: I never signed up for any of it. I'm not going to your Discord. Marked your emails as spam and moved on... I shouldn't have to do that though.

If you didn't sign up you'll never get an email from us. Always check the sender of the email, if its not from no-reply@grassfoundation.io, it's not from us! The easiest way to get in contact would be visiting getgrass.io, scrolling to the bottom and visiting the official Grass X account/Discord but you can also get connected on the dashboard by selecting the green chat bubble on the bottom right.

Scam website- just check their twitter comments
This actual scam website was farming its USA users for over a year. Now that it's time to claim rewards, USA users are suddenly not eligible because of 'regulations'. Yet they still let you download their app to provide bandwidth for no rewards. They are scammers, liars, and probably illegally harvest and sell private user data since they're an inherently misleading company. If the foundation is a fraud, the building will inevitably topple over. Don't waste your time with getgrass.io and stick with permissionless Defi farming and known crypto tokens. Also if you're still reading and want more reasons to not use getgrass.io, just take a look at their twitter page and all the users that have been farming from the very beginning only to end up with less than 50 grass scam coins worth less then the electricity it took to even log into their scammy website.

Participants of the first airdrop were rewarded based off contributions to the network, and the earlier you earned, the better! In fact, the first airdrop occurred on Oct 28th and brought 100,000,000 tokens to over 2m users!

need improvement on grass
It is a great Chrome extension, but it should offer more options for people who do not open a wallet. There is no way to contact them by email because the address doesn't exist on their terms of conditions. I have tried to email several times, but it doesn't exist, and the bubble on the website doesn't match the issue(there is no option to contact support directly). I am just trying to contact them because I have a question. Even the Discord link is expired. It's great, but I don't own a crypto wallet. It would be nice to have a gift card option or cash to Paypal, Zelle, or Venmo. I will update again for the next review.

Really appreciate the feedback. Id recommend using the Grass desktop app; it's much more efficient than the extension and earns 2x! (Dashboard-->store tab) In addition, theres a few ways you can get support! You can head to the Grass dashboard and click on the green bubble on the bottom right corner (if the giga agent can not solve your issue it should connect you to a live agent) to chat and/or you can get connected with our Grass discord community to discuss further! You can head to getgrass.io and scroll to the bottom to see the Discord and Twitter/X icon!

Fun fact: companies have been using your unused bandwidth for years and haven't been compensating you for it! Grass is here to change that and reward you for it. In fact, if you've been earning during stage 1 you may be eligible to claim some rewards, check here: grassfoundation.io
It also looks like you've experienced points going missing on your dashboard. I can see how that would be frustrating but no need to worry, this is normal behavior. The dashboard resets daily and this can make it seem like points are gone! It takes a few hours or sometimes longer for your dashboard to refresh with previous days points. Everyone experiences this so you are not the only one.
I hope I was able to clear some things up and if you have any more questions or concerns please don't be afraid to get connected with one of our live agents on the dashboard chat (green bubble bottom right) or come touch some grass with our awesome Discord community!

Always double check the sender of the email to make sure its legitimate; if its not from no-reply@grassfoundation.io email, its not from us! Today, i meet on website, new features.
The store. But. Is not the place where you can spend your points. This is a place where you can download a newest app if you interrested to how to earn more grass point.
Second feature is more then interrested me. Now i can connect my Grass.io account whit an crypto currency walet.
I can't convert right now, but is not problem at this point, because the grass point value is very, very cheep right now.
I hope in future can grow or explodet out the value. I hope to reach 0.1~1$/Grasspoint.

So many issues with this, lack of support, No real " support" Site issues, its a mess. It either works, or don't . And if it does - It may not work the next day. Good luck trying to get any support as its just random MODS tryin to act as support in their discord.

The Grass dashboard refreshes every day at 12am UTC and this causes points to temporarily disappear until they are added to your total points! Your traffic is simply stolen
I've been using it for three days. The number of points first increases and then sharply decreases. Conclusion - they are simply stealing traffic, I have no other explanation. If you want to make money, go to Honeygain, they pay and work honestly.

At 12 AM UTC each day, a calculation updates your actual Grass Points. This process can take several hours, during which your Grass Points may temporarily disappear before reappearing once the calculation is complete. Regular recalculations ensure fair and accurate rewards. I am a cybersecurity professional and have had a terrible experience with Grass. The number of cloudflare and captcha verifications has gone up tenfold while sharing my data. They have stopped after I uninstalled the app. Grass will not say who they're selling our IPs to, so there is zero transparency in the event of a malicious user.
Support is zero help, and the Discord server (including the mods) is full of forward looking statements.
