Worst customer services. They gave me the wrong information and wasn't very helpful in trying to get someone new into FPV.
This company is great.
This company is great! Their customer support is always on point and will help out with any of the products you purchased from them. I had a part that failed and they just sent me a shipping label to return the part for a replacement. As easy as that. Great business, will always have me as a customer.

Ordered a new drone along with some…
Ordered a new drone along with some accessories. Though the drone is in stock and one of the two accessories, the order will sit in "Processing" status for four weeks while GetFPV waits for the third item. The payment cleared the day it was ordered, but the only way to get any info on the status of the order was to actually contact the support desk. Online order status does not show what is being backordered. Amazon has set some new standards for customer service, including providing timely information concerning backordered merchandise. It looks like we will be waiting four weeks after the payment has cleared for merchandise to ship. Unacceptable!
Another great buyer Experience
I just made another purchase from GetFPV. My item was received quickly and packed well. Another Great Shopping experience with this company. Great item too. Customer Service I find very helpful. I am new in this hobby and they have kelped me to learn a great deal about all the tech and products available to hobbyist.

Customer service was very poor
Customer service was poor. Order a product that never made to the door both Google and GetFPV are not helping. I am now having to contact my bank for a refund because neither company is standing behind their guarantees. Stay away from Google trusted sites and GetFPV. Don't say you were not warned.

i bought three items , when i received the package but when i opened it, there was just one item i wrote to customer service , but they dont care about ur items or ur money , cause they said ¨i saw the cameras and confirmed we packaged all three items¨ i request to see the cameras but they dont answer , they just ignored the messages

Customer service? what customer service?
I wrote a review of this company back in 2020. last week I needed a new mini stack, getfpv was the only place that had the one I wanted. I ordered it, got it quickly, but when I went to flash the firmware, there was no firmware listed for that fc on betaflight.
The video on the product page said to be sure to flash the firmware before using, or you will have problems.
So, I tried to contact getfpv. Emailed them, waited a week, nothing. Tried calling at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Monday, got a message saying that their phone support was disabled.
So, they won't return an email, and they've disabled their phone support. I guess that's just like saying "we got your money, now it's your problem".
I thought that after 2 years they might have cleaned up their act, but nope, they're just as rotten as they ever were.
So, buying from them was my mistake, I should have known better. I won't buy anything from them ever again.

GetFPV is my second-favorite store for FPV items. Free shipping over $80 is kind of a high limit unless you're buying something big.
Maybe not worth your time
So I had an initially positive experience with the team at getFPV but after placing my order their system decided to arbitrarily flag my purchase and rather than contact me getFPV just canceled my order. Canceling the order wouldn't be such an issue but because of this my order then contained items that would be backordered (items that weren't backordered before them canceling my order). I would highly recommend not dealing with this company; its not really worth wasting your time.

Ordered the diatone MXC 349 HD and when it came it had no manual or tools to assemble the props. Had to resort to Google and YouTube to figure out how to use it and buy tools on Amazon. Will not be buying from them again.
Worst customer service I've ever had
Worst customer service I've ever had. They truly do no care at all on multiple levels. All forms of contact are either useless or a complete joke. I got scammed into paying return shipping on an item that shouldn't have been sent to me.
EDIT: They are now just ignoring my emails and leaving me stranded with no method of returning the item I purchased. I've filed a dispute with my bank since they are not following up on their duties.
Unacceptable customer service
I order from Getfpv all the time. I recently ordered a RTF bundlle(w/goggles). The quad would not arm, I had to change settings in order for it to work. I have contacted them several times with no response. I just spent well over $1000 on a RTF and it wouldn't fly. I have never had an issue with Getfpv in the past, but the this is unacceptable. If I knew nothing about quads, I would have spent all that on a "READY TO FLY" only to have it sitting there for almost a week, with no response from the seller. I will never buy from Getfpv again.

I ordered the Iflight Bumblebee HD V2 on the 24th and it arrived on the 26th, in the Netherlands!
And I just ordered the DJI FPV Goggles V2 a few days ago, I know it's backordered so I'll have to wait a while. Hopefully it will arrive soon :D

The worst customer service I ever had in my life!
I purchased a beginner analog fpv drone and some other small items in November 2020 and a few days later, I changed my mind. I wanted to start my fpv journey with the DJI digital system so I asked for a refund in order to purchase the DJI system. At that time, they already sent the package to France so I waited for delivery and I sent it back to the address they gave me.
2 months later, in January 2021 the package returned back to me in France. When I checked the delivery status it seems like GetFPV did not answer when they delivered the package and because GetFPV did not provide a phone number or a contact name for the delivery person to call in such cases, the delivery company returned it back to France. Now, GetFPV customer service is like "Is not our fault, it's your problem".
After 2 months, I'm left with this analog fpv drone I don't need, and I lost my money, my time, and my energy for nothing. I will never order again from this terrible company! Such a waste
Terrible Customer Service
I used to really like GetFPV, but on my last order which was last night at 8pm, I placed an order for about $150.
At about 11:30pm I looked at my invoice and realized I forgot two batteries.
I ordered the two batteries and asked to combine with my earlier order.
At 6am, I get an email from them "We apologize for any inconvenience but we are unable to combine orders for shipping as we pack and ship very quickly, and our systems are not set up for order combination."
It's Saturday, they aren't open, they aren't open on Sunday either. How have you packed up my order in the middle of the night on a day you aren't open?
So, I asked if I need to cancel both orders and reorder so I don't have to pay double shipping and this is the response I got: "The order ending in 8916 was packed up yesterday and the other is still processing. I cannot cancel the packed up order. Would you like to cancel the other? Our system does not allow us to combine orders. I apologize for the inconvenience."
So, they packed up the 8pm order Saturday night but not the 11:30pm Order, and I can only cancel my second order.
This is Sunday, nothing has shipped, no tracking number, and you are telling me you can do nothing for me.
You say you can't even cancel the order and it hasn't left your warehouse.
Sorry GetFPV, this will probably be my last time ordering from you.

Ordered $1,000+ of gear with paypal at check out. After the money had been processed I had still received no email or purchase order on their website portal a week later. Luckly I called and after a 15 minute wait on hold calling their support line. They told me to cancel it and reorder it as they are having an issue with paypal. I told them NO THANKS. and they wasted a week of my time and to reach out if they need a real web developer. Buyer beware.
