Dear Doc has a decent product, but it's the people who are the problem in this company. First of all, their response time is terrible. I always need to wait a few days before my questions get answered and sometimes even weeks for my problems to be solved. This company has an unhelpful customer service where the representatives don't seem interested in helping their customers and clients at all. This company is mediocre at best.

Cassidy is very prompt and professional, answers all questions with confidence and clarity. She is definitely a powerful asset for GetDearDoc.

She makes sure that everything is clear before moving on to the next topic.

Tyler does a great job following up and walking me through all the hoops. He always brings up new innovative ways to improve the number of referral DearDoc generates for my practice. I know he is trained to sell additional services and he always does that but I told to stop pushing the new ones and focus on making the ones already in service to work better. I’ve been with DearDoc since late February. I have seen months where we scheduled as many as 18 and as few as 8 patients, but overall I am satisfied with what he does to help me grow my practice.
