the order I received was alright but I thought it would come with a heavy bold text and not too thin including cleaning cloth to maintain it.

Thank you

Never received my order. This is the first time i have used this company initially they answer my queries through email about my order but when itsbeen mire than 25 days and haven't received my order no reply no emails no update i tried sending them online messages they say email when i email its no reply.
Please stay away from them luckily i oiad from credit card i am going to report them.

I had ordered some wall Arts from this “company”Been sent something completely different on A4 cheap quality paper and not the pictures l ordered but some bright orange quotes. . My emails have gone unanswered. After doing some research, I've found that other customers have reported similar problems with this company. I am urging the company to address these widespread issues and improve your customer service. Will be reporting your company further if problem is not solved asap. As l have been charged and this is very poor customer service and also fraud. This is not halal what you are doing but lying and keeping money that is not made the right way. You are not giving out right orders and that is not acceptable at all. Reply to all emails ASAP

Over a week ago ordered a personal necklace had no update had no email had nothing whatsoever. I’ve contacted live chat as emailed God knows how many times the necklace is for a birthday present and I’ve had no response whatsoever. Customer service is absolutely terrible and the fact I’ve had no email on any order update is disgusting will not be using this again.

Bought the Make Palestine Free Again cap, love the colour, the fit and most importantly the message of solidarity for Palestinians. A portion of sales goes towards donations to Palestine too. Communications was excellent, would purchase from this seller again.

They were extremely polite and they kept me informed about delivery or any concerned I might have .They are absalutly amazing on service and jewellery if I could afford it I would by eveything ☺️

Delivery was given when it said it was going to be given, which was great. The 2 items I purchased was 10/10, packaging was really good.

Very fast response. By mistake I was posted out the wrong pictures I contacted them and they where very quick on responding and the right ones where posted out to me I got them within 3 days and they let me keep the other pictures to definitely recommend getdawah dont listen to the negative reviews I was stressed when I read them but they are not true I had best service from them

Really happy with the 3 prints I purchased from get dawah. I had a query regarding prints and they were super responsive and helpful. Really high quality product and amazing customer service. Can’t recommend them more!

I received my order and it was was very nice. Exactly as I requested. The process was quite timely, as I requested a personalised item. The contact was also very quickly and item was sent when it was stated.
I would definitely order from Getdawah again.

I had a necklace made with my name in Arabic and I received it in the mail today and it’s perfect!!!!

Items are soo pretty and the packaging is really cute. They arrive on time and overall it’s great.

Allahumma Barik, absolutely recommend
GetDawah for fast delivery, great customer service and the items are quality at such great value. Even come with a cute dust bag & cleaning cloth. Really pleased and will be back to purchase more! Thankyou

Excellent good quality jewellery, the bracelets were packaged in a nice gift bag. Fast shipping and great customer service.

I purchased a beautifully crafted silver Palestine keyring to show my support. Comes in a velvet pouch with a silver cloth to keep it looking shiny. The company keeps in contact at every turn which makes you feel highly valued. I would recommend them to others and purchase from them again.

Absolutely gorgeous necklace I ordered for my niece and she absolutely loved it will be buying again from this website
Also they message me straight away when I
Was asking about my order very good customer service

items are fine, quality of their items are fine. ive ordered from here before and everything was fine and i got my item on time. the horrible part this time round was is the delay i had in receiving my order lol. it said 1-3 working days. why did i have to wait 3 weeks for it to arrive? also they stated in an email that one of the items i bought were out of stock?? then why display it was in stock on the website??? and then when i was asking for updates and an explanation as to what took so long i got nothing except that they stated my order is coming. my order THANKFULLY arrived two days before i needed it but that was delivery time disappointing. i’m still waiting for a response to my email with an explanation as to what went wrong lol.

Came on time, ring was as described

Quick service and lovely prints would recommend

Purchased a bracelet from here (ayatul kursi bracelet) and the script was so unreadable. I requested a refund by email (which is the correct process). 3 months have go by with no reply. What a waste of £20.. do not buy from here.
