I’ve been buying cars from Georgesons since 2018 and never had a bad experience, so much so I always recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. The latest one was with Ethan and he made buying my 3rd car so easy and even answered my stupid questions with no hesitation. Ethan then came in on his day off to ensure my collection was just as smooth!

From the first contact with James at Georgesons Cars there was a warm professional approach to doing business. Buying at a distance (an hours drive from Anfield) was very straightforward as WhatsApp allowed everything to be handled in confidence and total security. The terms of the part exchange were very fair and allowed me to proceed with my purchase.
On the day of the pickup I was able to do a test drive and the company evaluated my part exchange.
Everything progressed smoothly: part exchange, final settlement of invoice, taxing the new vehicle, arranging refund of car tax on my old vehicle, arranging insurance and transferring ownership etc. The whole process was completed within two hours.
All in all, I could not have been happier with the whole experience. Thank you, James and Georgesons Cars for your fair-minded and honest support throughout the complete selling and buying process. I can’t recommend you highly enough. Needless to say I am very pleased with the car I drive now! Thanks again.

Dealing with Kyle was an amazing experience from the start to finish to get the car deal done,I couldn’t be any happier with all the work he put in to satisfy us and to help us along the journey to get the deal done,any information or help we needed Kyle would help us to his best ability and also to the hand over with Mia was amazing,I would definitely come back to Georgesons again in the future

Vicky was fabulous in dealing with us, let us test drive and take our time looking at the car without any pressure sales. Once bought everything promised was done in a timely and effective manner. When spending your hard earned money, one needs to feel and see that the company is trustworthy, I can certainly say this from my experience with Georgersons, your in good hands. Buying the car was easy enough and with no problems but their was a delay in collecting the car as it needed work doing before collecting which was fine

The car needed work on the steering wheel which was wrongly diagnosed it was booked in and returned to me not properly put back together correctly and the steering wheel rubbed for a month until the correct part arrived and I could be fitted back into the work shop to be fixed
Then on the 6th of February the heating stopped blowing hot air we was booked in within 2 weeks to be told they will order the heater unit a few days so goes by and the part was in the garage but their lift they needed to to remove the battery was broke after weeks n weeks of waiting it was booked in for the 25th of march only to be cancelled until the 30th of march car was fixed the same day after waiting nearly 8 weeks without hearing in the freezing winter months

To be honest I probably received the best customer experience / buying experience in Georgesons which actually took me by surprise a little (especially based on the fact the car I purchased cost an absolute fraction of what I would usually spend on a car)

My sales person was Vicky and she was great! No pressure or cringey sales tactics… she simply gave me all the information I needed and let me come to a decision on my own. She kept me in the loop of every stage of the process with frequent updates and great communication. It made me feel at ease over the whole thing.

Georgesons are 2nd to none. Been there since 1955 and it shows! Amazing service and really know their stuff. Love 'em! Had my last 5 or 6 cars off them and they couldn't have done enough for me 😃

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. James was super friendly and it felt very natural engagement rather than a sales pitch. He was informative, honest and went above and beyond at every step. We were between two cars and he enabled a test drive in both of them at a moments notice, kept us up to date with each stage of the purchase and made sure we were totally happy before we drove away in our new Tesla model Y. The price was super competitive and we couldn’t be happier. Best experience buying a car from the model itself to the service and support from James throughout. Will be back for our next car and have already recommended to friends and family.

Had a great experience getting my car from these guys, very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I instantly felt relaxed and it took all the stress out of it. Couldn't recommend kyle dottie enough, he was also happy to work at my pace and explain everything in basic terms at my request.
