Genie Splashbacks Anmeldelser

I ordered some samples of the acrylic back plash, which arrived in a timely manner, and seem very good quality.
We are slowly revamping the en suite and will be using one of the sample colours when we get round to renewing the shower area.

Product very good and helps to be able to order exact size required.
Cutting out for power point is straight forward just take your time and measure carefully cut small to start with and enlarge later. Cutting straight edges to be avoided if possible as getting a similar level of cut quality to that genie can do is not at all easy.
Packaging was brilliant all edges cover and loads of bubble wrap and cardboard. Quick delivery just worth the wait for them to be made to order.

excellent company to deal with, communication was second to none, end product was brilliant!!

Excellent product; better than tiling options in every respect, appearance, keeping clean, installing. Good protective packaging and delivered within a few days.

Excellent customer service!
Beautiful colour, perfect measurement.Arrived very quickly.
Definitely recommend this company.

Requested several samples which were sent promptly. Just got to decide on colour now!

Hi I bought a acrylic splashback for my bathroom. The predelivery conversation and delivery was quick and prompt. However the picture was stretched at the level of the bridge too much, which made the bridge on the splashback look wobbly and not arch shaped which was a bit disappointing. When I contacted the team they werent able to give a satisfactory response. I paid quite a lot for a perfect spalshback which it wasnt. The bathroom looks nice but with a glitch. I want to buy another one for my kitchen but am a little hestitant! Ill may be go for the plain one and leave the toughend glass with picture for later.

Really helpful, love our unique splash back.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. I will be ordering again soon. Delivered as explained. Excellent packaging.

Only ordered samples but arrived by return of post, so based on that I would recommend and hope to use this company in the future

Good instructions for measuring your splashback even for a novice. Excellent choice of colours or designs. Very pleased with it.

We had an excellent experience with Genie Splashbacks - very helpful telephone advice and service and they got the splashbacks made and delivered in good time. We haven't yet fixed them to the walls, but we've unpacked them and they look great!

Fantastic service, helpful knowledgable people who want to make sure your order is right. Order the low mod adhesive from them too. Pain to get elsewhere. Web site oredering doesn’t obviously point you to it, should be compulsory before you move on.

Thanks guys the kitchen is fantastic now thanks!!!!!!

Placed order and had receipt 3rd December.
10 working days and No correspondence whatsoever. Even after leaving emailing asking for an update.
Could you please update me on my order. #6391
