Needed something delivered within a week, not getting it would have been a disaster as it was for a very important birthday..emailed these guys on Sunday, got a reply within half an hour to say it was in stock and would be sent out on Monday.
Got an email and tracking number on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday..massivley well packaged..and at least 20% cheaper than anywhere else i had looked at ...will not hesitate to order from Geekynerdtoys again and highly recommend to anyone.

Ordered Michael Myers mask for the wife as part of Mother's Day present (big Halloween fan). Placed order early morning of Tuesday 5th March, selecting 48hr delivery option. After receiving no tracking/delivery notification by the Thursday morning, emailed store to enquire about progress, advising it was imperative item arrived by Saturday at latest and received a rather dry response, 'shipping today, delivery tomorrow'. Emailed Friday afternoon again for tracking info and received no feedback. Finally received tracking information on Saturday 9th March advising of delivery by 7.30pm on Sunday 10th March. Postman has just dropped item off at 6pm today, Monday 11th March but ultimately, the wife's Mother's Day surprise was ruined. Don't charge customers for 48hr shipping when it takes you over 72 hrs to post the bloody thing. Disappointing customer service, would not purchase again.

Ordered "in stock item" 1st January.
Didn't hear anything after that. Emailed to see when I'll get my figures.
No reply, just a refund today?? No message explaining what happened.
Very very disappointed and now you can't buy those figures anywhere.

Geekynerdtoys is my main go-to for Neca horror and Mezco horror figures. Always come well packed and each figure always in a mint box. Compared to other online retailers are the cheapest as well. Can't recommend geekynerdtoys enough.

Received my mezco chucky and neca gremlin figures today well packaged and cheaper than everywhere else I've looked great company with great service will be using again and again and again

I have to say, after reading a couple of reviews on here I was a bit concerned from ordering, but my experience was great, shipping took a little bit longer (Holiday period, so completely understandable), but they were very responsive on Facebook after messaging and explained the situation, and once my order was sent, it arrived within 24 hours, well packed and safe, arrived beautifully, will definitely be using these guys again, great stuff
