Packaging is fantastic. Thick box, plenty of protection around the box of the figure. Never had a damaged product even if Royal Mail liberally chuck it about.

Great prices and always responds to questions with regards to manufacturer delays

I've always ordered my Neca tmnt movie figures from here. Great coms and they have arrived when sent either they was on pre order. I even contacted them when one of my footsoliders was wrong, this was not thier fault at all but Neca themselves. I told Nick straight away just incase he might get a few more. ( the problem was the footsolider box said mele weapons and figure inside contained a bladed footsolider. The box was fully taped up with the neca symbol not broken or tampered with. ) Nick offered to swap the figure straight away but I said it was ok I will just order another a few more figures at a later date as i dont keep the boxes for them and I need 10 footsoliders In total

Always had a positive experience with them. Items arrive pretty quickly and Nick - the owner, has always been really polite and patient.

If you have any issues just be patient and talk to them. They will sort it out.

Will be happy to use for a long time to come.

My order did arrive eventually, took 12 days.

Covid-19 isn't really an excuse, i've still gotten things from other sites in a normal ammount of time.

I only got one email, to say order confirmed. No email to say it's been dispatched. No tracking number. Had to just guess when it might turn up.

Not a completely terrible site but i'd probably only use it as a last resort from now on.

Bad experience like many others I placed 2 orders totalling over £100 a week went by no confirmation of shipment no response to emails from seller regarding items in the end opened a case in PayPal to make sure I got my money back, was then sent a rude email from the seller , I would recommend anyone to choose a different company when spending ur cash

Let me start off this review by saying that I used geeky nerd toys for about a year with no issues of any kind the owner Nick seemed nice enough and had some very good prices on his site along with regular sales and seemingly great customer service.

That was until I recieved a damaged figure (these things can happen sometimes no one's fault) sent it back and made the mistake of using an old address. I didn't realise this until Nick got in touch belittling me for this honest mistake which I was willing to rectify by reimbursing his postage costs and paying for it be sent again.

This didn't happen. Instead I spent the next 8 months waiting for him to reply to me sending a message every couple of weeks to see what was happening with my item. I did try to be mindful of lockdown making shipping difficult but when you are having sales events and ignoring me it comes off as making a customer feel absolutely worthless.

After waiting 8 months I had lost my patience and contacted a friend who knew him from the trading scene and got my money back within minutes. Nick claimed my email went to spam (ignoring the 5 messages I sent him on Facebook since December) but I dont believe that as surley one would at least offer some kind of apology but Nick simply didn't.

I'd recommend going to other stores that actually value their customers (check my reviews to see the options). Geeky nerd toys is a company that puts to shame all the amazing work done by these small independent retailers that have helped the collecting hobby flourish over the years. Avoid at all costs, I'd hate to see this happen to anyone else.

Awful and unprofessional service. Just doesn't reply when when have an issue and even when he does reply, he uses any opportunity to belittle and humiliate you. Avoid at all costs.

Placed an order for several items, waited several months to arrive (pre-order items so didn't think anything of it)
Checked on their website and all items appear to have been in stock long enough for most of them to have been significantly reduced in price.
Emailed to ask a) where my order was and b) whether I would be refunded the difference in price since the price of goods had dropped.
I received a response stating goods had been shipped in full so no refund would be forthcoming - checked on site and lo and behold my order status had moved to dispatched.
Over a week later no sign of goods arriving and have requested a full refund. I'm all for supporting small businesses...that actually warrant support. Why should anyone support someone so clearly dishonest and unprofessional?
Still awaiting my refund...

Top Customer Service and Communication
There was a big Easter Sale and I grabbed a bargain. After a week, my order was still listed as "processing" so I dropped them a line via Facebook to say "Just wanted to see how the order was shaping up". GNT came back really quick to say "playing catch up after the Easter Sale rush, the order is in and will be processed". A little more time went by and when I checked the website, the order was still processing and the item was out of stock. I messaged GNT again, this was a Friday evening, I wasn't expecting anything back until the morning. GNT entered into a chat with me THAT night and made sure the order was in for Monday's posting. Arrived a day later, absolutely perfect, well packaged and looking amazing.
I would recommend GNT, but I would also recommend patience. It's better (ethically speaking) to support smaller business, but they are competing for stock in a difficult time with massive companies and the manufacturers are in the retail market too. Stick with it, ask the occasional polite question and be patient.

Not understanding the negative reviews here. Been using geekynerdtoys for a few months. They have decent prices as well as great products available on their website. All my orders have arrived undamaged in well packaged boxes. When I’ve needed to contact them they’ve replied quickly and resolved any problems without issue. Will continue to use them for future purchases!

Worst experiance in years.
Ordered the item before Christmas, its now march and still not received anything. Communication was absolutely terrible too even during the actual email exchanges. No apologies or updates about the severe delays and no date given for the item to arrive. It was always.. "we are waiting for an assortment and it may be in there in 2 weeks time".
Had to get a refund and miss out on a rare item that i had made sure to pre order in advance. Extremely dissapointed!

Worst online shopping experience ever. Pre-ordered 2 items in Nov 2020. Sent email and message through the site in Feb 2021 and received no replies. Only received nasty response accusing me of lying after escalating in Paypal. As others have said, poor customer service and communication. Avoid if possible.

I had a question about cancelling my pre order as I didn’t have the funds available anymore. They responded very fast and refunded my money straight away. I look forward to purchasing when I have the money available.

Zero customer service and super slow delivery. As others have said, they do not reply to emails. I had to go on Facebook to send them a message about my order and all I got in the response was "I'll check" no apologies for the delay or even a greeting. I ordered a certain amount of items to justify the delivery charge but they ended up removing one of the items and refunding me without even telling me, I had to find out when my order showed up missing something. It got listed as sold out a few days AFTER I ordered it. And finally, I selected first class postage and it took them 12 days to deliver. I definitely won't be using them again.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP!!! Be careful to this shop! No response of emails or phone calls after returning the wrong item that they sent to me. They received the returned item on 7th Dec 2020. It's been already over a month and still got no reply!!!

Updated: they contacted me after I commented on their fb and refunded with no explanation at all!

Terrible Service, total lack of communication, definitely doesn’t care about customers!

Placed an order. Received an order confirmation.. and that's it. No commication whatsoever. Luckily I payed with PayPal and received my money back because of the buyer protection.

Good site for getting your toys and action figures. Gave them a try after getting a recommendation on Facebook. They have a good selection of brands and items were posted out fast and well packed. Good customer service too, fast email replies.

No Delivery

I ordered at 2nd of Jan, but I did not receive anything. I sent an email to them, filled their contact form and call them, but I got nothing.
