I ordered a product for a friends birthday, seeing they were local I thought it would be a fairly quick delivery. However, a week later and my order still hadn't been sent off at all, I had to chase them up via email twice. At that point they told me it would be posted in the next 2 days, that turned into 4 more days and only after I sent another chaser email.

Absolutely shockingly bad service. There are far better stores and online services for these kind of products, avoid at all costs.

Very happy with purchases and service. Would definitely order from again. Only slight criticism is website doesn't send automatic email updates on your orders progress. But when I emailed directly I was updated within 48 hrs and told my order was on it way.

I buy funkos for my daughters collections, I'm a stickler for the box and delivery always worries me because it all depends on how well its packed.
I've never bought from geek vault as I didn't see many reviews online for them and wasnt sure because of this but when 2 of the pops I needed popped up together on the website, I had to take the chance.
I didn't receive any update of delivery but delivery was fast, 4-5 working days.
It was royal mail delivering so I panicked a little but was pleasantly surprised, the pops were in a sturdy box, well sealed, surrounded by cardboard packing shreds and wrapped in a healthy amount of taped bubble wrap each, plus they were in pop protectors, never mind royal mail this package could have survived an assasin.
This is exactly how I want to receive my collectibles, 5 start for this alone.

I had a lovely surprise too, a coupon for 10% off, a business card, multiple activity books for the many packs of pokemon card I received as a free gift, which my daughter loved as she has been looking into starting to collect these too.
Thank you very much, very pleasant experience, I will be ordering again and I have already highly recommended to others.
Still looking for a few pops for a couple of the collections so I will be keeping my eye on your site.
