One star. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I ordered a set of four washing machine shock absorbers and paid in full. They shipped only two of them, while the other two still have not arrived. The tracking information appears unreliable, and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back every day.

I have already waited more than a week. There is no useful customer support, no clear explanation, no replacement shipment, and no refund. At this point, I no longer even need the parts, but I still have neither the missing items nor my money back.

I deeply regret ordering from this company. Buy your appliance parts anywhere else.

While the prices are good, the service and reliability of their services are very poor. You order the parts online, which goes pretty smoothly. Then you wait for the parts to arrive. It takes a long time even if they have the parts in stock. If they don't, you're in for a really long wait. I ordered 3 parts and they shipped 2 within a reasonable time period (took about 12-14 days for the shipment to arrive). Then I waited for ages for the third item, and got no emailed status from them on what was going on with the order. I finally called in to find out if it was coming, and they indicated it would, but they couldn't explain why it hadn't shipped with the other two items. It was in stock and wasn't backordered. By the time the third part arrived I no longer needed them as I had to find another solution, but 30 days had passed due to their inability to deliver the product, and they charged me a $15 restocking fee. Even worse, their automated/simple online return process wasn't functional, requiring me to call in to start the return process, and wait on hold for over an hour. Just an awful experience. I will never use them again.

I ordered WH11X39237 - a "popular" replacement part for the GE Profile combo washer/dryer because it has such a high failure rate. It was listed as in stock and was offered with an option for next day shipping, with an express proviso orders had to be placed in advance of the 1pm EST cutoff for same day processing. I ordered at 940am and chose next day shipping. By 940 the following morning my order was "in progress," not handed off to a carrier. By 0940 the morning after that, it was still "in progress" and not handed off to a carrier. I called customer service each day to verify that the part was not actually backordered, which is a widely reported reason an order like mine would fail to move into shipped status. Each call, customer service insisted my order had been fulfilled and was awaiting pickup. The second call the customer service rep told me I could expect to receive my order the following day. I asked how that was possible if the order had not been picked up by a carrier yet and he could not answer and changed the subject to ask if I wanted to be connected to request a refund for the next day shipping charges. I said yes and was connected to a message that the office that handles that was closed. I have written customer service twice and have received no response.
