If I could give the Gbics team 6 stars…
If I could give the Gbics team 6 stars I would. My company has dealt with gBics several times over many years and each time they always amaze us with their customer service. Fast delivery, follow up emails to see if everything is ok, and when you need assistance they are ready to help.
Whats more if you have a problem they sort it out imediately, in our case they sent a replacement before us sending the original one back, and this is the case wether its a faulty unit or even our mistake.
I cant fault them.

Excellent Service
Competitive pricing, extensive inventory, and quick shipping. My order was placed on a Saturday, so Monday would have been the next actual business day. The product was shipped from England and delivered to Omaha, NE, by Wednesday. And I didn't even have to be a Prime member.

Amazing Company delivers above expectation
Amazing company. Have used them for years and they've always delivered for me. Even when something didn't work, they figured out the issue and got it working. This kind of quality of service speaks for itself. Also, the prices are good too, quick delivery of products. You simply can't ask for more.

Placed order just after 16:00 deadline for same day despatch after another supplier let us down at the last moment.
Asked on chat if they would be able to get it out that night and was assured they would.

Fantastic customer service
Gibcs have been absolutely wonderful, would 100% recommend. I had a problem with my order delivery (of no fault at all of GBICS) and Giles helped me get it resolved so quickly. He went out of his way to make sure I was frequently updated and sorted out my issue in record time. Lovely team, brilliant customer service.
