I had a consultation with Prof. Bran several weeks ago regarding an aesthetic procedure.
Due to my physiognomy and underlying structural issues, he confirmed that I wasn't a candidate.

I found him very pleasant to talk with, and honest in his assessment about what could/couldn't be achieved.
I'd just like to finish by adding that had I been a candidate for the procedure I wanted, that I would have chosen him to perform it above other surgeons.

Experience, reputation and skills matter, but what matters most is support when things don't go according to plan, and none is 100% secure from this. As they say you truly find out who your spouse is in divorce and you will find out who your surgeon is during complications.
Dr Bran and GB team, including Talia, have been supportive and caring in the follow up and approach, and I can recommend them as a provider.

Note, i didnt had surgery with him, i explain bellow , but after my surgery was canceled and i was poorly treated i done a deep search and found people who had terrible surgery experience with him, I had added they photos reviews on google as is not possible to add here. Check they page on google reviews and be careful,one girls had 7 ruptures and ended up in hospital, and they didn’t take care of her she , explain better on her reviews, others with lip lift ,. With really bad scare plus damaged nose, I was insecure as they don’t have many photos of before and after,most videos is of him talking and if you pay attention he keeps posting the same lip lift on his stories.

The way my surgery Annappointment was and 3 months of communication was handled was completely unprofessional and deeply disappointing. My procedure was cancelled less than 24 hours before it was due to take place, after months of disorganisation, delays, and misleading communication.

For weeks, I had been trying to get clear answers from the clinic. Communication was inconsistent — they often said they would do something and then didn’t follow through. Only one day before the surgery, after I’d repeatedly chased them, Jacqueline finally called me. She only did so after taking three days to respond to some questions I had raised. During that call, I was calm and polite but firm, saying that after surgery I needed reassurance that communication would improve and that I would have direct contact with Dr Brann in case of any complication.

Not even two hours after that call, they decided to cancel my surgery. They claimed they had sent an email that evening, but I never received it. The next morning, while I was already on the train to London — after waking up very early and travelling four hours from Liverpool — Jacqueline sent me a WhatsApp message telling me to “check the email before coming.” She had my WhatsApp for weeks and could easily have messaged earlier, yet chose to email late at night, knowing my surgery was the next morning.

When I arrived at the clinic, Dr Brann refused to meet me for even three minutes. His secretary said he was “busy the whole day” and couldn’t see me, not even at the end of the day. I explained that I wasn’t asking for a consultation — just a few minutes to speak face-to-face after such an upsetting cancellation but was still told “no.”

To me, this isn’t about time; it’s about basic respect and professionalism. When a doctor cancels surgery at the last minute, the least he can do is come out, look the patient in the eye, and apologise personally. Instead, I was completely dismissed.

It also became clear that Dr Brann cancelled simply because I asked legitimate questions and held them accountable. That kind of reaction shows a lack of confidence and maturity. A responsible surgeon welcomes honest communication, especially when a patient is anxious about safety and post-operative care.

Afterward, I looked at Google reviews and it was such a relief to see that other people had gone through the same thing. Dozens of reviews describe the same problems: poor communication, defensive behaviour, and no accountability. It confirmed that I wasn’t overreacting; this is a recurring pattern.

I also came across several disturbing patient experiences. One woman said she ended up in hospital after her lip-lift surgery, bleeding heavily, and that Dr Brann denied any responsibility or support when she reached out for help. Another woman posted a YouTube video nine weeks after her own surgery her scar looked nothing like the flawless results shown on his Instagram. She said she was happy with it, but having seen high-quality surgical work before, I could tell that scar wasn’t right.

Under her video, another woman commented that if she had seen it before her own surgery with him, she would never have gone through with it. She said her nose was butchered, her scar was very bad, and that she deeply regretted it. That woman even replied to me personally, offering to show me more details through Instagram.

Reading all of this made things very clear. Many people describe the same pattern: condescending attitude, defensiveness, and total lack of accountability. It’s the same behaviour I experienced firsthand.

Now, looking back, I’m relieved the surgery didn’t happened

These are what a found it about him, after getting so so frustrated I start to search cause I couldn’t believe this had happened only to me, but unfortunately has happened far worse with other people

I was blown away by how well thought out the whole experience has been: from first contact to first meeting, procedure to follow up. Greg and the team truly care about their patients and want to ensure the best outcomes for them, especially by ensuring patients understand what is achievable and breaking down why they want to have the procedure and having realistic expectations. I never once felt like I was being sold to at any point or pressured into agreeing to anything. Any issues or concerns I had were addressed, even without me having to ask about them. Being a woman of colour, I had reservations about scarring, and I'm happy to report that my scar is barely visible and my results are beautiful (definitely recommend following the aftercare to the letter!). Greg and the team are so personable, it feels like catching up with old friends whenever I would go to the practice. I never felt like I was being rushed or being a burden to them. Definitely would recommend, you're in great and very capable hands!

Greg is absolutely amazing and a total gentleman, and his team Talia and Jacqueline are fabulous to deal with. I travelled from Dublin Ireland for a complicated brow repair due to an accident that couldn't be done here. Really really recommend going here. You won't be disappointed.

The whole experience from pre-booking to post-surgery was incredibly professional and reassuring. Any queries or concerns were answered fully and I felt very comfortable at all stages. Every staff member was exemplary.

Dr Bran is incredibly skilled and has done a perfect job with my surgery. His hairline lowering may be more expensive than others but you are paying for the best. You are in good hands!

Where do I start..I went to see Dr Bran back in 2021 for a lip lift & my results were amazing and I'm so pleased I chose to go to him, my scar is barely if at all noticeable a year later but he is a specialist in scarring so I knew what great results I'd have. This year I decided I wanted a rhinoplasty which I've wanted for a very long time and now I had already had such amazing results from my lip lift & and seen his rhinoplasty results I knew I could trust him whole heartedly with my face. My nose was never a terrible nose to begin with so in some ways this requires more skill not to mess it up..I am now only 11 days post op & already I absolutely love the results, even with some swelling..I can't wait to see how it progresses with time. I am so grateful for Dr Bran and his talent & although all my friends go to turkey or other countries for cost purposes I just know for me the price was worth it for the trust I have in him that I don't think I'd feel abroad. He is truly talented & I have to say he has such pleasant and reassuring bedside manner which I think is often rare with surgeons. I have just had hairline lowering surgery with Dr Greg Bran. Amazing! Dr Bran is the most down to earth genuine surgeon I have come across. Dr Bran wants to get to know the patients, asks questions about why you want the surgery and genuinely wants to put your insecurities in his possession and help overcome them with the amazing work he does.
On the day of the surgery, Dr Bran greeted me at reception, came to chat to me beforehand and also held my hand as I went to sleep through general. I really can’t thank him enough. I’ll forever be grateful and in his debt for how in such a short few days my outlook on life has changed!

From my very first virtual consultation with Dr Bran I knew I would be having my procedure done with him. Dr Bran is so knowledgeable, understanding and kind. He listens and is so patient, and answered any questions I had, no matter how silly they may have been. I genuinely felt as if I was talking with a friend. I cannot believe the bad review on this page and i urge others not to take it seriously. I have had time to get to know the team at GB Aesthetics over a period of time and found them all professional, caring and incredibly flexible. I know all about doctors with attitude and Dr Bran is 100% a surgeon without one . He is down to earth, kind and a person who you know is really listening to you when you speak to him. As a surgeon he is talented, and seriously wants the very best outcome for the individual. I would without reservation recommend him. He has changed my world

Cannot recommend Dr Greg more! He was recommended by another top ENT specialist in the country. Greg was the only person in the country (and quite possibly in the EU) who was able to deal with with a very complicated rhinoplasty. Not only he created a beautiful aesthetic result, but also dealt with the underlying structural conditions that nobody else was able to fix. Super-complex and long surgery, very smooth healing and not even a bruise! Immense knowledge, incredible training & experience and very good eye for aesthetics. Absolutely impressed with the skill, ethics, professionalism and service. Great sense of humour too! :) Eternally grateful and will be back for more when I am older!
