We inherited Gateway as a management company when we bought our house. They are expensive, I have to pay a fee £500 to get the pack from them before I can sell.
Beware and put aside the fee so you don't get caught out!

Had an excellent experience. Phoebe responded promptly, also very helpful . Everything was sorted fast .

Gateway itself is a pain of a company to deal with - imagine bringing 2 bills due in the same month without any consideration. Either lack of empathy or lack of organisation or both. But thank God for staff like Naomi, who has some humane mind and handle issues professionally.

I'd been trying to update some details for quite some time and Phoebe was really helpful and fast and now its all sorted.

I spoke with Phoebe Allan to explain there appeared to be a communications breakdown between Gateway and I. Phoebe conducted herself in a calm and professional manner and proved most helpful in resolving the issue.
I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service Gateway provides and I remain most grateful to the Company and especially to Phoebe

This afternoon, I spoke with Rosie Croud estate manager at Gateway. Concerning an ongoing four year problem which needs to be addressed .She was very understanding and considerate towards me. She gave me reassurance that things would be dealt with promptly. She spoke kindly to me and sent me a pleasant reply.

Omar is doing a great job as our caretaker! He’s super helpful kind and respectful. He keeps the building to high standards and well-maintained, and is always friendly and helpful with wathever we need. His presence m really makes a difference in this Appartments

£274. A massive increase this year, it’s unaffordable and residents are really unhappy.

Absolutely disgusting.

Last time I reviewed them, their head of customer called me (without me requesting it or leaving my number with them) and threatened me with legal action. Keen to see the reply this time.
