Outstanding service
It was an easy website to navigate and order from.
Ordered a replacement gas box at 14:42 on a Friday with normal delivery as offered. Order notification came through, shortly after with an expected delivery for the Monday. Saturday morning, I received an update, that it would be with me later that day. It arrived less than 24hrs after I placed the order. Top Service!

Arrived on time and easy to fit
Arrived on time. We only needed the main box as our old box got damaged but the backplate was still on the wall, hence it was very easy to fit. Don’t be fooled by the reviews that said they had to buy a separate key to open the box as the key is actually taped inside the box and you retrieve it by removing the back plate - simples 😂

Box came broken
Box came broken, which was very annoying. I sent pictures and received a replacement 2days later, so excellent customer service

Found the perfect piece of kit
I had no clue what I was supposed to be buying and had little guidance from the electricity company. Google proved to be my friend and led me to Gas Equipment Direct. I was able to find the correct product, it was dispatched quickly, was very well packaged and is the perfect thing for the job.

The cover meter box was of good quality, arrived well packaged and was exactly what I wanted. The price was also good.
