All information was clear and the return was easy. I highly recommend Garmentory!

Shipping was very slow and I received shoes that had scuff marks on the sole of the shoe, but not on the heel rubber. I assumed this would not be an issue since A) they were sent to me that way and B) I tried them on in my house and never wore them outside. When I decided to return them (they were still too narrow for my foot), my return was approved, then rejected due to the wear on the sole. I wish I had taken photos, but alas I did not. Now I am stuck with a very expensive pair of heels that don't fit. I am very frustrated. I'm a 50 year old woman. This is not the first time I've ordered shoes online (I KNOW TO NOT WEAR THEM OUTSIDE) but, it will be the last time I purchase from Garmentory.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. My experience appears to be consistent with MANY reviews on BBB (which I wish I had reviewed before ordering). I found a sweater which was at a good price and scrolled through the series of buttons to order. I was charged 15.00 shipping and 15.00 tax on a 145 sweater coming from Canada. Come to learn that the shipper chosen by this company has HUGE HUGE costs that increased the cost of this 145 sweater by over 40%! I can understand the 10% tariff but the lack of customer service and any attempt to address the HUGE discrepancy was totally lacking from this company.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO USE. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME WITH THEM AND THERE WILL NOT BE ANOTHER. LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE.

Garmentory is a fantastic hub for small designers and businesses. I always find the most unique or trendy items here. They offer great promotions at often reduced prices than the shop’s direct website. The interface is easy to use. They ensure items are shipped out promptly. I haven’t had a bad experience. I’ve been shopping with them for years and I expect I will for years to come!

I insured package while shopping, the package was not delivered, Ganmentory transfered me to Seel and Seel requested police report for stolen package and I even don't know it was stolen or undelivered, the porch camera doesn't show anything. So they both refuse make a refund, I'll never by anything from this merchant and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I like the fact that the store shipped my item quickly, I didn’t have to wait that long like other stores.

High impact top, I love the fluttery sleeves that show off the red lining on the check top. The materials is airy and thin (not heavy or substantial), perfect for hot climates or layering.
