Terrible, even dishonest. I ordered an item and paid. A month later it still hadn't arrived. I phoned to cancel it, they agreed on the phone to do so. They never sent any confirmation in writing, as we had agreed. I phoned again. Still lied. They have still not delivered and I have still not been refunded, basically robbed. I will now have to take legal action. Just Terrible, avoid these people at all costs

Take your money and send no product.
Don't reply to emails.
And when you get them on the phone they lie to you.
Full refund requested nothing received.
Full refund finally agreed by the manager still nothing !!!!!!

I placed my order never recieved a confirmation order e mail. until I was concerned the site was not legit. I rang and then they sent a confirmation email. Delivery took a while however appreciate stock was an issue. Never received a dispatch email or any updates atall. Delivery day came because I called them late out of the EAT and no one knocked just dumped in my drive. And to top it off it's not even that nice not sturdy for the price won't be using them again

I had an excellent experience with Garden Timber Online. The quality of the wood was outstanding, solid and well treated and exactly what I needed for my garden shed project. Jake was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I got the right timber for my needs. Delivery was prompt and the wood arrived in perfect condition, it's rare to find such reliable service and quality these days. I'll definitely be ordering again and recommending it to all my friends.

Take your money then don't deliver. Emails left unanswered. Phone calls not returned. I've been waiting over four weeks now for my order, and nothing. This feels like a scam. Avoid.

Excellent service. Good quality items. Had an issue with one item. Excellent customer service with a personal reply from Paul which was much appreciated. Responded straight away with offer of compensation or replacement. No quibble with replacement and arrangements were quickly made for collection of one and delvery of other. Would highly recommend this company.

So pleased with my planters! The service provided by Jack was excellent, his extensive knowledge and customer care was brilliant. Jack kept in contact regarding purchase and delivery and my order was delivered on the prearranged time and date with free delivery! Overall happy customer, great service!

Reassuring to know there are good, reliable, efficient companies on line. Very quick free delivery (even to the Isle of Wight), helpful staff on the end of the phone. Product quality exactly as good as expected at very competitive price. Can’t wait to see my 6ft trellis panels in place around my pergola. 😄

Good quality planter with trellis. Excellent sales service and product knowledge provided by Paul who followed up consistently on my purchase and delivery. Arrived on the day and time prearranged. Item was suppose to be assembled on delivery but was not. The only downside was the supplied X type wheel screws are useless for the UK unless you have the correct drill or driver. You need to use classic 60 and 90mm Philips or Slotted screws as the assembler did.

Very pleased with the items received, the quality is great and arrived in no time! The customer service feature was great, really made ordering seamless! My service agent was Rosin and was super helpful with sizes and dimensions of products!

I had a large garden project in which I needed 6 of the Everglade planters and the photos do not do it justice really great looking in person. Jack was a big help with deciding what to buy
