It was easy to make an order from a huge range of products; they keep you updated on your order progress status with regular emails; the orders arrive quickly (on in-stock items); I haven't had to contacted them with any enquiries so can't comment on their 'conduct' in that area; items, so far, have arrived well packaged, in good condition; plus, of course, quality items.

I recently purchased a present for my wife, the price was the best I could find anywhere for that product, they packed it and shipped it within 24 hours and it arrived pretty much the next day! Unfortuantely the product was damaged (no fault of Gamesmen) and as it was the last in stock I had to request a refund. I was assisted by Monica Z and to say her customer service was exceptional simply doesn't do it justice, she was incredibly helpful and always responded incredibly fast! Hold on to Monica team, we need more people like her! Highly recommend shopping with The Gamesmen!
