Amazing system. Stumbled upon the server manager by accident and glad I did. Makes running game servers a breeze. Support is fantastic, resolved my issue right away. As a long-time veteran of running dedicated game servers and needing management tools, this system is top-notch. Would recommend.

I came across GameServerApp (GSA) at the back end of 2020, I was hesitant to sign up initially because based on previous experiences with other game server hosting/management tools, I've never actually come across a service that offered so much, especially in the sense of monetisation and game integration! GSA has an extremely flexible pricing scheme based on scale and growth in addition to a slick UI. Needless to say I couldn't resist and signed up. I hit some hiccups trying to set up my own dedicated machine (There's also options for supported server hosts if you don't have your own machine which I would strongly recommend if you're not that clued up when it comes to machine management/port forwarding etc). I cannot fault Max @ GSA, I hit some issues with my own machine and he was brilliant. Replied quickly and if you're apart of the Discord, almost immediately. My issues were resolved and I'm up and running. Honestly, you need to support GSA. You won't be disappointed. Keep it up guys.

I am an admin on a server that runs these systems, We had an issue today that we could not figure out and our server owner was in contact with the support staff at the GSA and we were able to eventually figure out that it wasnt a problem with the GSA at all but that did not stop the amazing support staff carrying on helping to decifer the problem and help find a fix. We are so thankful for how amazing they were in helping fix it and cannot thank them enough.

ProdigyGaming.ca has switched over to exclusively GameServerAPP. previously we were using ASM but found it to be clunky at times for what we wanted, GameServerAPP has proven to be a all in one Community Website manager and Game Server Manager. The people in their discord are very fast to help you if you need it

I signed up to GameServerApp and took advantage of the free trial period and the whole setup process is an absolute delight. After signing up there was no more than 10 mins for the server to be built and go live. I went for the smallest plan available as i'm in the process of building my environment etc. Unfortunately due to the amount of mods I use the smallest plan couldn't quite hack it. That on top of my lines and lines of custom INI. I contacted support and was shocked to get a reply from the owner. He offered support and gave me lots of information to help me but due to my own cost point I had to go down the route of stopping my service. Max was totally understandable and provided me with a refund. He didn't have to do this at all as I had passed the trial period but he understood why I didn't want to move to a bigger plan at this stage. Once I have a bigger player base I will DEFINIETLY be back. If nothing else for the support Max provided. Think of this as the Gucci of gameservers! It has so many options and features that you simply wont get elsewhere! They even have a simple to use website builder that can advertise your servers stats and players and what not. You really don't know what you are missing... Take the free trial and take care of your players! - Thanks Max, See you soon!

The owner max terminated our partnership because he was unable to get his software to work with the equipment we host 2x dell r620s on an enterprise-grade ubiquity network with full static business fiber. The deal we had as we promoted them on the basis they could show me it working and they were unable to do so so after many days actually weeks the owner decides to terminate because we didn't promote nor would we ever for a product that doesn't work. charges a premium price but can't deliver I would stay away from this software if you don't have a simple network as it will not work.

This is a crock I never threatened to cancel more like I was forced to, here is a message conversation discord of what was done to me. so don't sit there and try to blame me for your conduct what you did as a company and as a person is shady and disrespectful nothing on my system was changed was the same since the day we started a week ago

Furthermore, I had a paid subscription to September 4th, 2020 however I am now banned from his discord and he refuses to refund my money so this guy is not only a business owner he is also a criminal for not delivering or allowing me to keep what I paid for. this will be reported to the BBB and any other place I can find.

The owner also falsy accusing that I sent messages to everyone I've sent one message and that's to another server owner that I know as I've bought plugins for atlas from him please provide proof that there is more than one person?

was rank 1 in the world last season
had about 430 congruent players

I do not have access to the server as it was set to expire on Sept 4th and now it's not even there all of my services were cancelled and removed and claims I was in there messaging people when in fact it was a dm with a guy I already knew

I wanted to say great work on GSA. Having found it a few months ago after becoming frustrated in managing server clusters myself, GSA provided the tools and stability I needed to be able to start to grow my community. Plagued with stability issues before, it was affecting my ability to retain players and build a community. Now with the GSA platform and dediconnect servers, I have been able to focus on growing the community and interacting with players. Finally, as I used dediconnect servers, I knew I was going to be a little on my own with configurations and settings, but when I had questions, they were responded to quickly and I feel we were able to work together to get past them and even enhance your installation process.

I cannot state it enough, GSA saved my sanity as an Ark: SE server manager. No, seriously, GSA was an absolute gamechanger.

To note, I'm only going to be speaking of GSA's RCONconnect; I've been using RCONconnect's premium memberships for the past couple of months in order to have better services and connect more servers. As I host on dedicated machines and through the ASM, I really only needed GSA for its RCON tools. And man, are they some powerful tools. I can now breathe a little more easy without having to comb through server logs to keep an eye on admin and player activity - the dashboard can easily filter out commands and chat logs in such a refined manner. Player accountability is much more easily managed due to the robust profiling system, where characters are linked to players and tribes, allowing me to monitor potential troublemakers and have their Steam 64ID quickly on hand in case I need to take action. The interface of GSA's dashboard is so seamless and user-friendly.

What's also so impressive about GSA is the customer service. Max is available every day to help server owners and managers troubleshoot GSA's products in every way. He's an incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable individual, who genuinely takes customer feedback into consideration with regards to making GSA the best one-stop-shop it can possibly be for server owners.

I don't believe in my five years of being a server admin I've experienced a company that has the level of customer service they provide. They are always so willing to help troubleshoot and come up with solutions. Max is amazing! I truly appreciate all they have done to help me with my ark server troubleshooting and now helping me set up this new adventure with Atlas. You guys are truly the best!

I've only recently started using the community service and can honestly say the experience is excellent in terms of support and dedication. If this is what you get with community (The Free stuff) I can only imagine the hosted support being top notch! I run my own servers and like to tinker else I would be hosting my server with GSA for sure!

This plattform is literally all you need if you want to easily manage servers.
The features it offers are amazing,
Support is always competent, friendly and fast. Never had any issues with perfomance.

Played Ark on their services for almost 2 years now and even rely on them for my own servers. Will not ever go with another service. They even offer their App with 3rd party Dedicated servers. The Support has been great so far as well.

Best game hosting service available. The owner will go out of his way to ensure things are running smoothly and personally responds to support requests. Support is prompt and professionally handled, setup is super simple, just a few clicks to be up and running, and the custom dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate!

To me, before I rented anything, the biggest draw was the simplicity of the whole system. I hit a few buttons and it was all there ready to go. I generally prefer to manage my own servers more directly (to the point that I built a subsystem into my discord bot to manage Ark servers) however I didn't have the time available to do so for Atlas, so I decided to try GSA as I'd been familiar with Max through the Game Server Owners discord.

There's a lot that GSA offers that others do too, sure. That said, I have roughly 15 years experience hosting servers on numerous platforms and none of them have had the platform owner more directly involved and committed to their platform. I came for the ease of access the platform has to offer, but honestly the servers are quite powerful beasts. The small 7gb container we had for Atlas ran really smooth and took no setup effort. Sure I could go pay for a dedicated machine and squeeze every bit of efficiency out of it, but why waste my own time?

Personally I think the biggest draws to GSA when you're in the frame of mind that a dedicated machine would serve you better are the commitment Max has for the platform, as well as just how damn easy it makes managing the game server.

For the record, I'm not in a habit of promoting use of specific services/platforms; The fact Max has developed a platform I feel good about recommending to others is a compliment of it's own.

They've got an excellent service. I use the server for mod testing, I've never had any issues. Updates quickly and a very easy to follow set-up. Would 100% recommend.

Got some help today again from Max with GSA, was very accommodating and knew in an instant how to help. Had nothing to do with GSA and everything to do with our system configuration, he went beyond to point us in the right direction and toss us an article that was exactly what we needed. Thank you again Max and GSA is just dang near flawless.

How do you give 6 stars? What other vendor has rolled out of bed in the wee hours of the night to help, twice, both times, our fault, and never once, did the feller that was helping us lose his smile, skill or demeanor. Very patient with us helping us get started out, has been fantastically smooth sailing since.

let me say this, GSA is the best and amazing, i started getting into self hosted machines and dedicated servers and currently building my own, using GSA makes it 100 times easier if your not tech savvy and barley learning ect the tools it gives you and the good customer service it's the best, i run 9 ark server and and soon a minecraft server on my own machine, i tell all my friends about this place. GSA is the best

I've had nothing but a stellar experience with GameServerApp. The tooling is bar-none the best for managing ARK servers and our community, they're constantly rolling out meaningful changes to improve the experience for players and administrators alike, and their support has been seriously fantastic. There's been several instances where I've encountered issues due to botched Wildcard updates or encountered other issues with ARK Servers (like during Extinction and Genesis launches) and I've received support in a timely manner, typically during times I never would expect them to reasonably reply (honestly, I'm not sure they're humans or get sleep).

The pricing for GameServerApp servers are very competitive, excluding all the extra features you get in comparison to servers from providers like Nitrado.
