Staff was great, very pleased with the service!

Ordered 2 watches July of 2022. (BTW just reporting now as I had to travel out of country for work, now returned)
Received empty boxes on arrival via FedEx.
Emailed company of the issue, and they just gave me the run around instead of providing replacement watches.
Back and forth email chain of at least 10+ messages. Ending with me following up 3 separate times with no response. Last advice they gave me was to file a complaint with Fedex which I did. Fedex advised they have a contract with this business and all complaints must come from them, not a customer.
I let them know that and they then asked for my case number I filed (again just to delay, maybe they thought I was kidding about filing)
Then that was last message, me providing case number and a screenshot.
After that is when I sent 3 more follow ups.
Nothing. No response. No more action from their end, which is not right and ridiculous.
Please help and thank you.

What a fantastic time had by all

Gage has been my jewelry partner from the beginning of my relationship with my wife. Engagement Ring, wedding band, anniversary gift, Vday and birthday. Great customer service from Lauren and the entire customer service team. They have been helpful guiding my experience and also making amazing recommendations. My jeweler of choice is Gage Diamond. Thank you.

If I could give zero stars I would. I received my ring on February the 28th after the jeweler needed extra time to ensure quality. Well on 03/16 not even three weeks later my center stone fell out and I’m missing an accent stone. Please do not waste your money. I have learned my lesson. I wish I could return it but I’m stuck with a two week and two day wedding set that is messed up. I should have followed my gut and cancelled my order.

EDIT. SHE STATES IT WAS SHIPPED IN THE 14 DAYS, BUT WHAT SHE DOES NOT SAY IS THAT I HAVE MESSAGES WHERE THEY STATED IT WOULD SHIP BY 02/24 AND CONFIRMED THIS ON 02/22. i GOT A MESSAGE AFTER 5PM ON 02/24 SAYING IT WOULD NOT SHIP BC THE JEWELER NEEDED MORE TIME TO ENSURE QUALITY. SEND ME THE LABEL, BUT I DON'T WANT THE RING BACK. MY WEDDING IS TOMORROW.

No biggie messages are getting the ring back any way. I messsages stating the ring would ship by 02/24. I followed up and it was confirmed. Your jeweler needed extra time for quality, yet the piece of crap messed up two weeks later. Thats great quality. The rings did not feel very heavy or sturdy to begin with. According to tracking the ring will be in your possession again tomorrow and I will keep letting people know about my expericence the fact that you guys never answser phones or messages. I tried to call to work it out the day it happened. No answer twice and could not even leave a messge bc the mailbox is full. I have even emailed and asked for a call. No one will call. I will leave a review with picture proof everywhere I can until I feel the issue is resolved. I even left one on the BBB website.

My ring is beautiful and although there were delays caused by casting it was worth the wait!

I had nothing but great experience working with Gage Diamonds, 💍. Miranda was one of the kindest and helpful sales I have ever worked with! I feel she did everything she could to keep me informed and calm the situation of the financing process, I have never done a deal like this especially finding y’all on marketplace. It one of the best experiences ever and definitely would recommend anyone to y’all! Thanks again Miranda for making my experience a pleasant one and getting the ring to me before my wife’s birthday!!
