No updates, called still no ring or call back like promised. Worse part is was going to order matching band but will look else where

My order did not have what was promised and then when they said they would take money off my bill for what was missing that never happened. I am a returning customer who has completed multiple orders with this company but with the lack of customer service and the ability to make me feel taken care of I will never spend money with them again and that’s a shame because I plan to spend a lot of money on jewelry I’m just getting started but it won’t be with gage

I ordered a ring and necklace for our one year anniversary. It did ship out late which wasn’t a huge deal. I got it 3 days after our anniversary when it was supposed to be in on 10/07. Once my wife opened them, she loved them, but I was thrown back at how small they actually ended up being. The necklace was just a spec that I could just about barely see. It was extremely small and the photo when I ordered it was misleading. The ring stone was smaller than expected as well, though I didn’t expect something ridiculously big for $1700, but once again the photos that were posted were extremely misleading. I honestly don’t think I would purchase from them again.

I know it sounds lame, but there are so many routes to take as far as designing and purchasing a ring today… I found her videos, emailed her and got a response the next day!

She was quick, efficient and also helped make some hard decisions a lot easier based on her knowledge/experience.

Once the ring was finished she also sent me follow-up pictures before I would see it in person, it was very sweet and thoughtful.

I highly recommend Gage to everyone!
