Wonderful company
I purchased a Tea Towel from Gaelsong andwas excited to receive it. When it didn't show up, I called customer service and they generously sent a replacement. When THAT didn't show I emailed again and a proof of delivery pic was sent. Unfortunately it was not my house. The address was not mine. Somehow an errant address was in my account settings. This was my fault as I should have double checked. The people with Gaelsong were more than kind dealing with this issue. Sad that I never got my Tea Towel but definitely understand that it was an error on my end. Wonderful company! I will definitely order from them again!

Great little store. Got a bunch of things for my mom around Christmas. She was very pleased. Packaging nice and safe even for delicate items mixed with larger pieces.

Almost all the products sold on the website are not made in China. Many are made in Ireland or Scotland. The products made in Ireland are of superior quality and durability compared to what most websites are selling. They are well worth the small addition cost compared to items made in most of the Asian countries.

Made in China
Didn't like the fact that I buy from a company that supposed to be selling authentic Gaelic clothes and ware, only to find out once received that it was from China.
Was very disappointing. I did give it a 3 only because it was well made. When purchasing in the past it was not the case as far as I remember. If you're going to use China then you should lower your prices, if buying from artisans I expect higher prices. I most likely won't be purchasing from them again.
