Martin at Futuretrend was amazing - the training was superb for the whole week but unfortunately I couldn’t attend one of the 5 days - I needed to come back and catch up on that one day and Martin not only gave me the option for the day I needed but for another week - Martin and Futuretrend fully supported my learning to ensure that I was in the best possible position to pass my CeMAP exam which I did - I’m eternally grateful as I don’t think another school would have supported me as much as Futuretrend

Completed the 10 day CeMAP training with David Airs. Was nervous starting this course having no background or knowledge of the industry but was put at ease by the adviser over the phone before booking and by the end of day 1 I was 100% sure I made the right choice. Every step of the way from my initial phone call to the final day of the course I felt supported. The training an material was brilliant and I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor. Passed all 3 exams first time with distinctions the following week after a little extra reading.

Have just returned last month and done my CeRER to open up my options and once again the training was amazing and passed two days later and already got two new clients.

OK, where to start? I booked two online CMAP courses for myself and my son. The course comprised a 180-page presentation with black text on a white background and a chap talking through the slides. His voice kept coming and going, so if you couldn't read the slides, then you would get 50% of what he was saying. My son gave up on day one because he had no knowledge of the business, and the course wasn't engaging. I managed to stick to day 4 of the 10-day course. It was appalling. My son never received his individual login to the course tests and information. I complained and asked for 50% of the course cost back and was told no because I didn't complain then. I complained several times about the quality of the sound, and I called to say that I wouldn't be continuing with the course due to the quality of the presentation. I would have been much better paying for the video presentations at the London Institute of Finance when I booked the exams. Ultimately, I paid for the videos anyway, and they were 100% better than doing the course and would have saved me a fortune. I am sure some of the courses are great, but stay clear of the CMAP course. It is the most boring and uninspiring course I have ever attended and not worth the money or time.

I truly enjoyed this course as a Software Automation Tester. I appreciated how the instructor surveyed the class before to get a sense of what we all wanted to take away from the course.
The instructor was very good (Anil) – very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions as they came up. I truly recommend to sign up for it, you will not regret it.

This is a great academy for all the different types of training provided by the institution. I attended Futuretrend academy and was glad to be part of training. Teachers are great, friendly and always willingly to help !!!

Futuretrend Training Academy is one of the only few training academies that sets and puts it students FIRST.
My experience here was one of where you can tell the Course design (by the course director) as set a great standard on how the courses should be run with the students FIRST in mind as the THEME.

1. The Trainers/invigilator was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, explained everything clearly and adapted to every student’s needs. No student felt left out.
2. We were given very good, practical and helpful information coupled with good guidance throughout.
3. I/We felt energised throughout the course, which allowed me to understand the knowledge required and made me feel confident to ask questions I did not understand.
4. The trainer/invigilator was EXTREMELY patient. Made you (everyone) understand every single concept before moving ahead. I was very relaxed and did not feel anxious to ask concepts I wasn’t clear of.
5. The course director was also engaging who made sure every student in their classes were relaxed and made sure to converse with the students and take feedback.
6. The course design is well thought after allowing the trainer to have ample time to explain, clear doubts even, and clear any boundaries of understanding from students.
7. Course content is also very well aligned with easy reference and bullet points. process, themes which are interlinked are placed side by side in course e.g. after theme you will get one process which is linked to theme coupled with a very practical session, live examples which are discussed and experienced are shared for enhancing the understanding of everyone in the class.

I would recommend Futuretrend Training Academy to anyone who needs a knowledgeable, friendly and engaging environment to learn.

Future trend training is a complete software testing training provider. The training package was tailored to my requirement with adequate real life examples. The trainers were always available to assist. I went into the course not sure what to expect but I can now confidently say that attending the software testing course has now set me up for a successful career in software testing.
