We Ordered several Mango Furniture items for our Living Room. The Quality is much better than similar pieces that i have seen in High street stores. The Delivery took just over 2 weeks and was delivered by their own driver who carefully placed the items in our living room. Overall a pleasant experience would use again!

I would advise anyone to steer well clear of this company. Their attitude to customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced, and the quality of the goods were of a poor standard.
I ordered 7 items of furniture, coming to a total of over £1,700. and was told there was a lead time of up to 3 weeks for delivery. The delivery actually took over thirteen weeks!
I phoned on numerous occasions during this time for updates, but was simply told that I would get them, when I got them. Never any apologies!
When i eventually received the furniture, one of the items was missing, one of the items was damaged, and the delivery people dragged the boxes containing the furniture through my house, ruining my brand new carpets. I had to have my floors professionally cleaned afterwards to get the marks out.
When I phoned the company to complain about these issues, I got the following responses -
Regarding the missing item - They couldn't tell me when it would be in, and would just refund my money. I found this entirely unhelpful after having waited 13 weeks already.
Regarding the damage to my carpets - I was told that it was perfectly understandable that the boxes would be dirty, as they've been sitting in a warehouse for weeks, and that I should have expected it.
Regarding the damaged item - I eventually received a replacement after a further 10 weeks of waiting (a total of 23 weeks) which is ridiculous!
I have received no apology throughout this entire episode, in fact all I’ve had is unhelpful and rude staff.
One of the people I spoke to when i complained, claimed to be the manager, but I don't believe this to be true, as there is no way someone with such poor customer service skills as his, could ever be in charge of any business.

There wasn't even a silver lining to the cloud, as the quality of the goods was poor as well

I will never deal with this company again, and would advise anyone else to read the many reviews from people who have had a similar experience with this company.
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with these people has been so bad, I thought it best if others know what they would be letting themselves in for.

The delivery guys were excellent, communication was good, the Quality of the Furniture was even better ! Used bigger companies in the past who we're very disappointing. Couldn't really ask for more !

Terrible delivery service, please do not order from this company, I ordered 2 items of furniture from them and as I live in "the country" (large town just outside Glasgow) they would only deliver to the pavement outside my property. The girl on the phone made it sound like I was ridiculous expecting the delivery company to deliver to my flat, I think its ridiculous that they expect me to pay £20 delivery to have the items dumped on the pavement outside my flat! They are also threatening to charge delivery even though they did not deliver. Nice professional website but do not be fooled by the prices. Use another company, be warned. I have now waited almost 2 weeks on an email advising when I will receive my refund. I've taken legal advice and am patiently awaiting their response to my requests both on email and telephoned.

Be prepared to wait folks! it's worth it in the end. I ordered a Bentley table and four chairs from Furniture Point; the big attraction being it was half the price on the High Street. Too good to be true? As soon as I ordered I got a prompt text to my mobile and then er...nothing! So, after three weeks had passed I began to feel jumpy especially after reading some of the more negative reviews. Got through to customer care straight away and hey presto! they booked me in for the following Tuesday-and it arrived just like they said it would. Great driver, gave him a hand, opened the product in front of him, and all was perfect. Would I use Furniture Point again? Definitely, yes.

We purchased several six oak chests and found imperfections we were unhappy with. I rang within hours of delivery and was dealt with in a courtesy, helpful and friendly manner. The arrangements for replacements was prompt, even when a second delivery also included an unacceptable chest - again prompt & helpful and third delivery resulted - and we are delighted with the quality. I would say the "friction" was my own personal indignation when the company requested I photograph the damage and send by attachment email before the issue was dealt with! The only inconvenience to me was my time - but I wondered how someone with no digital camera or computer would cope with this!)

I have brought from this company on two separate occasions. The quality of the products is excellent. The 1st order came wIthin 2 weeks and the second order we managed to get within a couple of days due to a cancelled delivery slot. Delivery drivers have always been excellent. Never had an issue

We've just recieved our new sideboard and console table. Fantastic quality, customer service was excellent and the delivery drivers were very helpfull - we will definitely be back once we have saved up for our new dining set!

Great service, can't fault.

All round great service from order to delivery. Items ordered Cambridge Oak TV Unit and Cambridge Oak Nest of Tables where very good value for money and even better quality than expected. Furniture Point kept us informed by email & phone.

Spoke with Frankie in sales who was very polite who answered my question about the sideboards which I was undecided about .
Discussed with my wife when we got home and I placed the order online I found the website gave me the details I required and found the process very easy.
Received a phone call the following day informing me the order was being processed and that one product was out of stock but was due in at the end of the week .
received a call from the transport dept on the friday booking the delivery for the following wednesday morning offered the driver to call I hour before which they did and the goods arrived as described and was very pleased with the quality of the products and found the delivery guys more than helpful so much so I gave a small tip all delivered from order in 9 days which for me was v. good would use again and have recommended already

They were the cheapest around, delivery was on time, drivers were great. Will be back to order more.

I bought an oak tv unit from Furniture Point and found their service and delivery process to be great. They rang me several days before delivery to advise me when delivery was due. On the day of delivery the van driver rang me approx 30 mins before he was due to arrive. He carefully unpacked the unit in my living room and gave me plenty of time to examine the cabinet. He was courteous and pleasant (so different from some courier drivers!) and unhurried despite having a very full delivery schedule. On all counts my expectations were exceeded.

As per your response, we were advised delivery would take 2/3 AFTER placing the order, you said this was because of the courier NOT suplier. Your website advertised a quicker delivery time so if you knew you were having problems with the supplier you should have amended your website accordingly. After 3 weeks I called to chase not cancel, and told courier would deliver on a pallet the following week. This did not happen. After 4 weeks called for refund and told you can legally keep my money for 28 days - no mention of this being dependant on confirmation from dispatch. I placed my order on 18th February and my bank account received the refund on 16th April, 2 months from beginning to end. I feel from your response that communication maybe what is letting your company down.

Nice friendly people and a pleasure to do business with. We have placed various orders with this company for our Interior Design Business. They have always provided a professional service and if there is a problem they will sort it without any fuss.

Fine honest people to do business with and could not have been more helpful.

We Ordered a Full Set of Bentley Designs Loft Furniture that we had seen for twice the price in John Lewis, They Delivered on time and the delivery men were Polite and Helpful. I have told all my Friends to buy from here and will certainly be back again!

I recently bought a table which was available 'light' or 'dark' stained. I ordered a 'light stain' table which on delivery turned out to be almost black and bore no resemblance to the light coloured photographs on the web site. After sending an email with a photograph of the table the company has agreed to take it back but remains adamant it is 'light stained'. As yet no date for collection or refund. Very disappointing!
