I ordered one mattress for one month but was not aware that i have to keep it for minimum 3 months so i return it back. It was nice experience for returning back my order and got refund in one day

Order furniture from furlenco and got 3 products defective out of 6 products, when I reached out to customer care from the chat, said they can’t help directly go to app raise request from there!

Go for rentomojo but not furlenco, very disappointed

My previous furniture was good so I ordered from furlenco again but now got defective product and pathetic service

Update:

The service issue is still unresolved, i get call from different person from furlenco, they ask and I explain, no resolution, and then the cycle have released at 7+ times.

Then the guy faishzan (maybe operations) called me 11th feb 2026, around 5:35 pm and rudely talk and doesn’t offer any help and cuts the call. Says go and talk to customer service

I will pray to get this cheaters company get closed. So that no other people goes through what i am going through
