Excellent and professional service at every stage - useful website, very helpful representative in the Swiss Cottage showroom including great follow-up (providing extra fabric samples to help me make final choice), delivery as scheduled (including calling me from an hour away with more precise delivery time) and courteous delivery men to assemble the sofa and ensure I understood the mechanisms. Absolutely happy with the customer service as well as the very fine sofa.

The whole shopping experience with Furl was nothing but wonderful and excellent customer service. The sales team at the store was very professional and took their time to explain the product. The production time was earlier than expected and the delivery and installation process was excellent.

I am very happy with my new sofa bed. It arrived as scheduled (date and time) and the delivery men/fitters had it set up in a flash.

Delighted with my new Furl “Max” storage bed. The whole process of choosing, ordering and delivery went very smoothly. We had help in the showroom with configuring the perfect bed and when it arrived it was put together in no time by the team of two knowledgeable chaps who showed us how to operate the bed. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Looks fantastic!

Just fabulous . Great delivery service. Set up very quickly and safely with good advice and instruction. The sofa bed has transformed the room and looks great in what is now a multifunctional area. Considering getting another one for the lounge diner! A two bedroomed apartment will then be a three bedroomed apartment :) A big thankyou for making this so easy and enjoyable experience

Great service from start to finish and my goodness the products are beautiful! The team who delivered were great, really explained everything and installed it all perfectly. Definitely highly recommend!

Excellent product, excellent delivery team. Was a few hours late vs initial plan but they were polite, friendly and efficient. And the bed and bench look gorgeous!
Hopefully it will stand the test of time. Would definitely recommend.

Although they were an hour later than they had hoped to arrive, they were the nicest delivery drivers I have seen in years. Very friendly, very efficient and a real pleasure to deal with. They put the sofa together, explained everything and were very helpful.

-The sales person at the showroom was informative and patient.
-I had to wait a bit longer than I had hoped for delivery.
-When I had a question about the order early this morning before it arrived, it was the founder/Director who took the time to respond to my queries online (presumably before the customer service team came on duty).
-The delivery team were very helpful, explaining how the sofabed was put together, so if we ever had to move it, I would know how to take it apart. They were friendly and upbeat, despite the extreme heat.
The sofa cushions are a bit stiff, but I was assured they will soften up over time. And we have yet to test the comfort of the bed. Looking forward to our first guest.

The Furl team of two came early morning, which was great on a very hot day. They unloaded, relocated and assembled the sofa bed in short order , and explained the workings very clearly. A very impressive delivery which ticked all the boxes.
