Great advices, very professional service, good selection of products

Great service from start to finish, John came round to measure up, very friendly and had the living room done first.
Then after this proceeded with having the upstairs done, John was happy for me to do a few rooms and then the last room a few days later giving me time to move all the furniture into each room.
Crag fitted all the carpets, very speedy, great job, very happy with the carpets and price would highly recommend.

Frodsham Carpets fitted my lounge carpet and there attention to detail is faultless. Great customer service. I'm having them back to do my hall, stairs and landing.

Frodsham Carperts was superb from start to finish. I found John extremely helpful in helping me choose out the carpet I required and I felt he couldn’t do enough for us. Craig who laid out the carpet did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier, also a really nice guy. Happily recommend this company to everyone.

Great local business that provides a really personal service. Have had work done at my house and a few family members as well and the professionalism and quality of the job has been consistent throughout. Loads of choice on carpets and furniture and plenty of product knowledge to back it up. Go here if you want a proper job doing, I recommend them to friends, family & work colleagues regularly!

Bought a bed from Frodsham Carpets, quality was excellent and great price. But most of all the service was superb, they delivered at no extra cost, put the bed up and in place, even fitted a mirror for me, couldn't have asked for better service anywhere, really helpful and friendly, definately recommend and would buy from them again.

I just wish I could give more stars! I've used Frodsham Carpets on many occasions and they're always brilliant. They answer queries promptly, their staff (both in the shop and their fitters) are always courteous, efficient and just really lovely! This is a wonderful family business who really do care about their customers, and it shows. I really can't recommend them enough.

I have gone to Frodsham Carpet Services for over 30 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently had a new carpet fitted along with a new suite and blinds. The customer service is fantastic from start to finish and nothing is too much trouble. The guys are very professional, neat, tidy, friendly and COVID secure. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

We recently had a new carpet from Frodsham Carpets and from the initial quote to the final delivery I can honestly say the whole experience was outstanding.

The carpet itself is absolutely top quality and was competitively priced (not cheap, but nobody wants a cheap carpet) and the fitters where professional, tidy and safe.

We're so impressed we already ordered another room and are planning on using these guys for the rest of the house once some of the work we're doing is finished.

I dealt with Jonny throughout the process. Jonny kindly made me aware of the different types and quality of both the carpets and flooring they could offer.

We had a budget, and based around our budget Jonny came up with some great suggestions. We managed to get a wood flooring we desired without having any issues with time frames or delivery, as we thought due to COVID there would be big set backs when fitting.

I really couldn’t fault the attention to detail and guidance I receive.

The customer truly is their priority and it’s great to get that service.

I will be using frodsham carpet services again in the future when required.
