Frasers Plus is a credit product that lets you spread the cost of your purchases and manage payments easily through the Frasers Plus app, giving you full control whether you shop in‑store or online. You can choose to pay in full after one month interest‑free, use an interest‑free Pay in 3 instalment plan, or spread the cost over 6, 12, 24 or 36 months with a representative APR of 29.9% (variable). If you later decide you’d prefer a longer repayment period, you can also replan a purchase directly within your Frasers Plus account, giving you flexibility to adjust your payments as needed. Great

Great . Easy to use the website . Lots of variety for shopping. So far have purchased a lovely rug and 3 pairs of sandals . Great choice of payment plans to . Highly recommend .

Reduce credit limit for no reason

They just reduce your credit limit eve though u have been paying your bills on time and had no miss payment. And no explanation was given as to why it was reduced. so I think being cautious no to miss any payment reduces your credit amount u can use to shop.

Credit limits are reviewed regularly and can increase, decrease, or remain the same based on a range of factors. These reviews take into account more than just payment history, so a reduction doesn't necessarily mean you've done anything wrong.

Refund issues

I returned a laptop purchased through Frasers Plus and the return itself was processed, with the money credited back to my Frasers Plus account.

The problem is that this has left my account in credit and I simply want that money refunded back to my bank account.

I have now contacted Frasers Plus through live chat on multiple occasions. Despite this, more than two weeks later I have received no refund, no meaningful update and seemingly no response to my request at all.

I shouldn't have to repeatedly chase a company to have my own money returned to me following a completed return. The fact the money is showing as a credit on my Frasers Plus account makes it even more frustrating. The refund is clearly there, it just hasn't been returned to me.

Very disappointing customer service and an unnecessarily difficult process for what should be a straightforward refund.

Hi Kerry, we're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must be to see a credit on your account while waiting for those funds to be returned to your bank account.

Once a refund from a retailer is received, it is first applied to the Frasers Plus account balance. Where this results in a credit balance, a refund can be requested; however, we're sorry to hear that you've had to contact us multiple times and have been waiting more than two weeks for an update. We appreciate that this is not the level of service you expected and that you shouldn't have to repeatedly chase for a resolution.

Please send us a message through the Frasers Plus app so we can review the status of your refund request and ensure it has been progressed appropriately. We'll be happy to investigate this further and provide an update.

We apologise for the delay and the frustration this has caused, and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

A great company overall

A great company overall, good products, prices etc but sometimes I do find the order boxes can be overfilled it would be better if multiple items ordered to spread them into more boxes as the big ones can and have split on delivery a few times, luckily nothing missing but something to be mindful of I guess. Other than that I can't fault them :)

I think the Fraser’s plus programme is great as it allows me to spread my costs over a few month and the app is very easy to use
