I went to your Redditch store a couple of weeks ago to buy school shoes amongst other things. The person working on shoes kept offering us additional things with a discount if I just downloaded the app. The shopping centre is known for having no signal so they got me to leave the store with them and sit outside of Costa as it’s nearer the doors. They kept pressing things on my phone and would hand it back when it needed information filled like address etc. I thought it was a rewards app. It wasn’t until I came to pay and they scanned the app that I realised it was a credit thing. I’d already told them I’d been made redundant so wouldn’t be taking on any credit going forward for anything. I was told I could just pay it off. Which I tried to do. It wouldn’t let me. It had split the payments into 36 monthly payments of circa £4. I contacted your chat and was told in order to pay it in full I had to go to the website. Which I did. It wouldn’t take my payment of £111, as it was too much. It only wanted £4. So I had to go onto chat again. Eventually I got to chat with a human. Who informed me my total bill was over £160, which included the interest even though it’s 2 weeks ahead of the first payment. I absolutely refused to pay the interest and asked the person to put me through to someone who could put it back to the value of the goods and I would pay it instantly. They then changed the payment and it would accept my full amount less interest.

It's great and really easy to use. The app also has handy features like simulate purchase, and I can adjust payment plans with ease. The offers are good and I've enjoyed a number of bargain buys since I joined too. Bank transfers are smooth and I've been kept up to date with bills and payments since I joined.

I think over all frasers is great but its frustrating that offers on Sports direct dint automatically come up on the till when you have frasers plus. You literally have to go through the website pointing out all the lower prices one by one to then be changed on the till and thats inly if they have internet to be able to do it. The amount of times Ive had to run in and out of shops to load the app is crazy. Also the payment layout could be better to see what you have paid and what you have left to pay.

Never had any issues with Frasers Plus with buying in shop or online. Payments instalments are good especially when it a large amount I can pay it over time, or pay in full
