I placed the order but used the wrong payment card and asked them by an immediate follow up email NOT to process but to call me - they processed payment and did not contact me. I left voicemail message during working hours / still waiting for call back!

Bought 'spice bomb'... Saved a fortune! And it arrived really quickly! Only problem was the courier service!!! I received txt day before delivery so arranged for neighbours to take parcel, but courier wudnt leave it. They expected me do 60 mile round trip to collect it!!! But got it sorted in end. Courier service puts me off buying off
this site again, which is a real shame.

My purchase was a great price compared to other sites, delivery was free and came within just a couple of days, would highly recommend and purchase again.

They are amazing, I've been searching online for my favourite perfume at a reasonable price, I came across this website and thought I'd check it out, they have loads of brand named perfumes at great prices, I also got 2 free samples of other perfumes which I thought was great!! :-)

Great product at a great price however was charged for next day delivery. When this did not happen rang twice and left message on answerphone and a week later still no phone call! Frustrated to say the least! Would have been happy for them to take off the extra payment for next day delivery but trying to get through it a nightmare! Why email when they have a contact number and would prefer to speak to a human being! Finally got through after leaving two messages and promised a call back later during the day Two days have passed and still no call. Customer Service horrendous.

This is the first time I've purchased from Fragrance Expert, and I have to say what a superb service from start to finish - Fantastic Quality Product also.

Some prices are competitive, but some are too expensive compared to others.

Either way I would use again depending on prices.

I thought this would be fake or a scam or something that looked dodgy because the prices was too good to be true. I had checked trustpilot and this crushed any doubts i had. I ordered and recieved the e-mail that states my delivery is coming tommorow

Used this company for the first time because of promotion on Ghost. Ordered two bottles and they came very quickly by APC this morning.
Would use again depending on price because the service was excellent.

Received my parcel within a couple days of order - not only that but I got some samples which I adore!

After looking at the Molton Brown web site I found Fragrance Expert was much cheaper. I ordered products from both sites as FE do not carry the full range. I ordered on Monday and received my FE delivery on Wednesday, well packaged and products as expected. They even threw in a couple of free samples. MB delivery came on the Saturday with items missing and no explanation. I know who I'll be shopping with in future! Just wish FE had a bigger range of MB products. Thanks guys!
