I ordered 2 rails for my file cabinet, an easy order. Gave them all of my credit card info & got a confirmation email. Then, a while later, I receive an email cancelling my order. Here is what it said exactly: "We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to process your order. Due to the current supply situation and shipping issues, we are not able to provide this merchandise for your location. We are issuing a refund right now. We apologize again for the inconvenience." THEY SHOULD HAVE STOPPED THE ORDER BEFORE I EVEN GAVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD INFO!! This is bad business and I will be watching my credit card closely & if ANYTHING pops up, I will know who did it & will contact authorities

Just got my order. Very pleased. Great price. Quick delivery (next day!) They sent me a 10% off coupon for my next order and already had 10% off my first order! They now have me as a loyal customer.

Disappointed with their manual process, they show you item available on site, will take your order ( Ofcourse that gives them all your address and credit card information) they will charge your card and then Manually will check if a Vendor ( which also means they dont sell directly) has item in your LOCATION , and if not will cancel your order and refund money. But they should not have the RIGHT in first place to take all your personal info without knowing if they can ship item. So please stay away

Terrible experience. Placed an order. A week later no tracking number. Tried to communicate thru phone, instant message and even email, nothing. Very unprofessional.

No good, because late for delivery

Every order was easy for me. I ordered and paid, and as fast as a courier could deliver, here it was. I had purchased my same Betco foaming hand sanitizer in the gallon jug since I’m still obsessed with cleaning my hands. It is still economically priced compared to the medical grade foam hand sanitizers, and this was my 3rd jug. It is not sticky, but yes there’s no way to mask the smell of alcohol, and my allergies don’t work well with the perfume or flowery smells added to other sanitizers. The only time you can feel the sanitizer is when you actually wash it off with soap and water. I also replenished my office supplies and was pleasantly surprised to get metal squeeze clips of small and medium sizes in pretty assorted colors; way cheaper than in the office stores in town. I will always look these guys up for all office supplies.

Don’t bother shipping times are sooooolong not worth bothering with.

Place 4 orders with them yesterday. 2 have shipped and 1 has already arrived at its destination. I expect to get notice of the other shipping today. A life saver as these items were on backorder with my normal supplier. Great job!

I ordered 2 and they arrived quickly and are amazing. My dogs had no trouble adjusting to them.
I just wish I had also put the phone number on the tag and not just the name

Bought several pens and pen refills. Items were shipped 2-3 days later and had them in hand 5 days later. Great experience! Will not hesitate to buy more from this vendor in the future!

I have ordered from this company a number of times. They have a decent price for the two sided folders that we hand out to our customers with their pets paperwork at our Veterinary clinic. The ordering is easy, is always accurate and they promptly ship the items within a matter of days. The only glitch is that my most recent order was for 30 boxes of folders which would normally come in three large shipping boxes but this time, they were sent piecemeal in three separate shipments received on three separate days in four different sized boxes. The first part of the shipment actually arrived the day after I placed my order so there is that and even that big on-line company can't match that service short of a drone. The multiple shipments has been my only complaint with them and I found it more annoying than anything else. I will continue to order from them and hope that I can receive future shipments at the same time.
